Missão da Área 🤩 Nossa missão é impulsionar a eficiência e a evolução dos processos internos da Track&Field, atuando em parceria com as áreas de negócio para identificar oportunidades de melhoria, implementar soluções tecnológicas e promover a transformação digital. Seja por meio da evolução de sistemas existentes ou da descoberta e implantação de novas ferramentas, buscamos entregar valor de forma contínua, conectando tecnologia aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.

Sua missão 🥇 Atuar como Product Owner na construção e evolução de soluções para as áreas Fiscal, Financeira e Contábil, promovendo a digitalização e automação de processos, a mitigação de riscos regulatórios e o fortalecimento da governança. Antecipar-se às mudanças do cenário tributário - como a reforma tributária atualmente em curso - garantindo que a Track&Field esteja preparada para uma transição segura e eficiente. Ainda, construir bases que facilitem a emissão de obrigações regulatórias em cenários de uso intercompany e integração entre o sistema contábil da empresa e os demais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Atuar como ponto focal de produto para as áreas financeira, fiscal, contábil e correlatas, gerando, mantendo e ordenando o backlog de demandas, em especial iniciativas que tragam ganho de eficiência, redução de riscos e aderência à legislação.Mapear processos manuais ou ineficientes, propondo soluções com foco em automação, simplificação e escalabilidade.Escrever histórias (Agile) para o time de desenvolvimento interno ou traduzir demandas para parceiro contratado, e acompanhar o desenvolvimento das soluções junto a esses.Buscar trabalhar com indicadores sempre que possível e incentivar a criação e métricas onde não houver.Garantir a implementação de controles e boas práticas em processos críticos (faturamento, conciliação, fechamento contábil, apuração de tributos, etc.).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa com ótima capacidade de comunicação, que seja questionadora e mantenha ceticismo saudável, e que busque desafios; que consiga manter relação firme, mas produtiva com outras áreas por si atendidas.HabilidadesExperiência de ao menos 4 anos como PO ou Analista de Produto com foco em processos financeiros, fiscais ou contábeis.Entendimento sólido de processos como contas a pagar e receber, conciliação bancária, apuração de impostos, fechamento contábil etc.Familiaridade com ERP ou outros sistemas de backoffice voltados para varejo.Experiência no mapeamento e automação de processos manuais.Boa capacidade analítica e visão de negócio.Conhecimento de métodos Agile.
