Somos movidos pela vontade em comum de impactar a sociedade positivamente, pautados pela inovação, pela valorização das pessoas, pela geração de valor e pela ética.Sua missão será garantir as entregas dos produtos digitais assegurando as necessidades e prioridades do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela a entrega do produto – end to end;Representa os interesses de todos os envolvidos (stakeholders), participa das definições de funcionalidades do produto e prioriza itens de backlog;Realiza o levantamento, escrita de processos e regras de negócio além de requisitos em geral;Utiliza metodologias ágeis;Conduz e orienta a Squad, através da criação de estórias, critérios de aceite, definição de prazos, priorização de tarefas e atribuição ao time de desenvolvimento, design e afins;Acompanha cerimônias ágeis (Dailys, Planning, Refinamento, Review e Retrospectiva);Supervisiona o desenvolvimento do produto e garante que os membros da equipe realizem suas tarefas de forma eficiente, seguindo a metodologia ágil;Elabora cronograma e planeja sprints, tendo como referência roadmap estratégico apresentado;Atua como interface entre o time de desenvolvimento, clientes (internos e externos), área internas como customer succes e líderes diretos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento do GHG Protocol e dos conceitos de inventários de GEE.Entendimento dos Escopos 1, 2 e 3 e do que compõe cada um.Noção de fatores de emissão e de como entram no cálculo (atividade × fator).Vivência na área de sustentabilidade/mudanças climáticas.Interesse genuíno em ESG e descarbonização.Formação em  Engenharia Ambiental, Gestão Ambiental, Engenharia de Produção, Ciências Ambientais ou afins.A vaga é destinada a pessoas de todo o Brasil. Para quem reside em Belo Horizonte/MG e região, adotamos um modelo híbrido de trabalho, com 2 dias de home office e 3 dias presenciais em nosso escritório.
