O seu principal desafio será conectar as necessidades estratégicas de negócio e operações à nossa engenharia, destravando gargalos, garantindo a qualidade das entregas e acelerando a evolução do nosso sistema.Se você gosta de autonomia, ambiente ágil de startup e quer ver o impacto real das suas entregas na ponta, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão e Priorização do Backlog: Coletar, refinar e priorizar os requisitos de produto, garantindo que o time de tecnologia esteja focado no que gera mais valor para o negócio e eficiência para a operação.Refinamento Técnico e Escrita de Histórias: Traduzir necessidades de negócio em histórias de usuário claras, critérios de aceitação objetivos e fluxos lógicos para o time de desenvolvimento.Evolução do CRM Próprio: Mapear constantemente as dores das áreas usuárias (Atendimento, Comercial, Crédito, Operações) para desenhar melhorias e automações nas esteiras de contratação de serviços.Roteiro de Produto (Roadmap): Colaborar com os stakeholders e o time de tech na definição e acompanhamento do roadmap, garantindo visibilidade dos prazos e entregas.Métricas e Qualidade: Acompanhar indicadores de performance das entregas (velocidade, taxa de entrega, bugs) e validar as funcionalidades desenvolvidas antes do lançamento em produção (homologação).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEssenciais (O que você precisa ter):Experiência consolidada atuando como Product Owner (PO) ou Product Manager em empresas de tecnologia ou startups.Vivência prática na construção, evolução ou implementação de sistemas de CRM ou ferramentas de gestão de esteiras operacionais/vendas.Domínio de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e ferramentas de gestão de atividades (como Jira, ClickUp, Trello ou similares).Excelente capacidade de comunicação e articulação para negociar prioridades com diferentes áreas e perfis profissionais.Perfil analítico com habilidade para mapear processos e propor soluções lógicas e automatizadas para sistemas complexos.Diferenciais (Será um plus se você tiver):Conhecimento prévio ou vivência nos mercados de Fintech, Crédito/Empréstimos ou no setor Automotivo/Mobilidade.Familiaridade com lógica de bancos de dados (consultas SQL), integrações via APIs e ferramentas de análise de dados (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação: Prestação de Serviços (PJ) com valor fixo mensal.Formato de Trabalho: Presencial nos meses iniciais (focado em imersão na cultura, entendimento do produto e alinhamento com o time), com transição gradual e combinada para o formato Híbrido.Trilha de Carreira: Estrutura de crescimento profissional desenhada para acompanhar a expansão da startup, com oportunidades reais de assumir novos desafios e liderança de escopo à medida que o time e o produto escalam.Ambiente: Cultura horizontal, dinâmica, focada em resultados e com forte espírito de colaboração.
