A área de parâmetros desempenha um papel fundamental na definição dos parâmetros que regem as regras de negócio e políticas relacionadas a crédito, prevenção de fraudes e processos de cobrança para uma variedade de produtos financeiros, como cartões, consórcios, E&F, fiança e outros serviços oferecidos pelo Bank. Em colaboração com outras equipes, ela contribui para o desenvolvimento e aprimoramento contínuo dos processos de integração de clientes (Onboarding) e da gestão contínua de contas, garantindo uma visão abrangente de governança em todo o ciclo de vida dos produtos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir projetos, sustentação e evolução dos sistemas de parâmetros de negócio (Função, Sysin, Payware, recupera entre outros);Construir planos de testes e conduzir as homologações end to end dos projetos;Supervisionar processos e acompanhar implantações e indicadores, garantindo a conformidade e a eficiência operacional;Desempenhar o papel de Product Owner, liderando cerimônias ágeis com o time técnico, elaborando user stories e participando ativamente de etapas como Inception, Discovery, Daily, Weekly, Review e Planning;Mediar as solicitações da área de negócio junto aos desenvolvedores, assegurando uma comunicação clara e assertiva entre os grupos;Manter atualizada a plataforma Jira e elaborar reports diários de status para a liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou área relacionada;Experiência sólida como Product Owner ou Analista de Negócios Sênior no setor bancário/financeiro/pagamentos;Possuir expertise em metodologias ágeis e familiaridade com plataforma de projetos.
