Responsabilidades e atribuições

💪 Suas atividades serão:

Atuar em parceria com a Gestão de Projetos, sendo responsável pela definição e especificação do produto;Criar, priorizar, refinar e manter o backlog do produto;Elaborar User Stories e critérios de aceite;Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos funcionais e técnicos;Mapear regras de negócio, fluxos, dados e integrações (APIs, mensageria etc.);Atuar como ponte entre as áreas de Negócio e Tecnologia;Apoiar os times técnicos na definição e detalhamento das soluções;Especificar soluções e produtos utilizando Inteligência Artificial como acelerador.

Requisitos e qualificações📋 Buscamos uma pessoa que possua experiências com:

Experiência na especificação ou atuação com soluções de Inteligência Artificial, desejável conhecimento em Kiro;

Experiência sólida na criação, priorização e gestão de backlogs de alta complexidade;

Conhecimento em arquitetura de software, banco de dados e fluxos de integração;

Capacidade de interação técnica com Tech Leads e Arquitetos;

Domínio de User Stories, Scrum, Kanban e gestão de backlog. Perfil comportamental:

Perfil analítico, detalhista e orientado à solução;

Capacidade de transitar entre as necessidades do negócio e o contexto técnico;

Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação com diferentes stakeholders.
