Missão da Área 🤩 Garantir que o cliente Track&Field tenha uma experiência de compra fluída e consistente em qualquer canal digital ,conectando tecnologia, operação e dados para reduzir fricção e acelerar crescimento.

Sua missão 🥇 Liderar a evolução do ecossistema digital que conecta o e-commerce principal (TFCO) e a operação do TFC Café, garantindo que as decisões de produto em cada frente mantenham coerência entre si e entreguem uma jornada de pedido fluída, eficiente e escalável para o cliente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯Ser responsável pelo ecossistema de produtos digitais do TFC Café, garantindo a evolução e integração entre ERP, PDV, e-commerce (VTEX) e parceiros de delivery;Mapear, estruturar e evoluir o ciclo completo do pedido (Order Lifecycle), identificando oportunidades e resolvendo fricções na jornada omnichannel;Definir e evoluir as jornadas de WhatsApp, contemplando bot conversacional, notificações transacionais, atendimento e vendas assistidas;Evoluir os fluxos de comunicação no WhatsApp, utilizando recursos como mensagens interativas, listas, botões e templates (HSM);Acompanhar indicadores de performance do canal, como taxa de resposta, conversão, custo por mensagem e taxa de resolução do bot, propondo melhorias;Garantir a coerência das decisões de produto entre TFC e TFCO, considerando o compartilhamento da mesma plataforma VTEX;Atuar de forma integrada com os times de negócio, operações, tecnologia e parceiros externos, como VTEX, provedores de WhatsApp, sellers e parceiros de delivery;Trabalhar com dados e métricas para identificar oportunidades e apoiar a tomada de decisão;Liderar a priorização e evolução do backlog, considerando impacto no negócio e na experiência do cliente;Explorar novas tecnologias, soluções e oportunidades de inovação para evolução do ecossistema digital

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa Product Owner Sênior para atuar dentro da estrutura do TFC, liderando a evolução de produto do ecossistema como um todo: da experiência de pedido no café, passando pela comunicação proativa via WhatsApp, até a coerência dessa operação com o e-commerce principal — sempre com a VTEX como espinha dorsal técnica comum às duas frentes.

Conhecimentos TécnicosExperiência sólida como Product Owner / Product Manager;Vivência em varejo e/ou e-commerce;Experiência com produtos omnichannel complexos e múltiplas integrações simultâneas;Conhecimento em ciclo de pedidos / order management;Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica e operacional (end-to-end);Experiência com definição e acompanhamento de métricas (NPS, conversão, SLA);Forte habilidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders (negócio, operação, tecnologia, parceiros externos).DiferenciaisConhecimento prático em VTEX (catálogo, checkout, integrações).Conhecimento em jornadas de WhatsApp Business API (bots, templates HSM, mensagens interativas).Vivência com ERPs de varejo/food service.Inglês avançado (envolvimento com projetos internacionais).Experiência com integrações a parceiros de delivery (iFood, Rappi, 99, Keeta e afins).Conhecimento em IA aplicada a atendimento, automação ou personalização.Experiência com meios de pagamento e/ou antifraude.O que você precisa ter:Graduação Completa em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial na Vila Nova Conceição, Zona Sul.Informações adicionais
