Somos un equipo unido por la pasión de hacer accesible el deporte a todos los colombianos, abarcando desde nuestras dinámicas tiendas hasta nuestra eficiente red logística que conecta cada rincón del país y nuestras estratégicas oficinas centrales que impulsan nuestra visión a nivel nacional.🎽 Imagina ser parte de una empresa donde tu amor por el deporte se convierte en tu día a día, donde tus ideas contribuyen a inspirar a miles de personas a llevar una vida activa y saludable.Responsabilidades y atribucionesBuscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Profesional de Gestión Ambiental para liderar la estrategia de descarbonización, economía circular y cultura de impacto ambiental de Decathlon en Colombia.Tu reto será medir y mitigar la huella de carbono en nuestra cadena de valor, optimizar recursos, estandarizar procesos  y movilizar a nuestros colaboradores y aliados hacia una cultura verdaderamente responsable con nuestro entorno, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.Tus misiones principales (Responsabilidades):Estrategia y Economía Circular: Definir y ejecutar proyectos de impacto ambiental (gestión integral de los residuos, eficiencia energética y de recursos y cumplimiento de normativas a nivel ambiental (Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor - EPR/REP y las que apliquen) alineados con los estándares globales de Decathlon United y del país.Gobernanza y Gestión de Proyectos: Estructurar hojas de ruta, presupuestos y cronogramas, asegurando la viabilidad económica (reducción de OPEX) y operativa de cada iniciativa.Medición y gestión de datos: Monitorear, consolidar y garantizar la fiabilidad, calidad y accesibilidad de los  indicadores clave de sostenibilidad como la reducción de huella de CO2, trazabilidad de residuos, reciclaje y eficiencia de recursos. Influencia y Alianzas Estratégicas: Visibilizar y comunicar las acciones, avances y logros ambientales de Decathlon Colombia, tanto internamente (para generar orgullo de pertenencia) como externamente ante entidades, aliados y clientes.Sensibilización y Cultura: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de formación, sensibilización y acompañamiento para movilizar e influenciar a los equipos de tienda, oficinas y bodegas).Requisitos y calificaciones¿Qué esperamos de ti? 🎯Profesional en Ingeniería Ambiental, Administración, Desarrollo Sostenible o carreras afines, con experiencia en gestión de proyectos ambientales en retail o consumo masivo.Conocimiento en dominio en Huella de Carbono, normatividad ambiental colombiana, normativas de circularidad y residuos (EPR / REP) y gestión de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.
