Buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Profesional de Seguridad y Explotación Logística para liderar la seguridad humana, la integridad de los activos, el mantenimiento de infraestructura y la excelencia operacional del almacén.Tu reto principal será construir un entorno de trabajo seguro e impecable para nuestros colaboradores y aliados 3PL, optimizar el costo operativo por artículo, gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento e impulsar una operación logística con impacto ambiental sostenible.Responsabilidades y atribucionesTus misiones principales (Explicación del Rol):Liderazgo Humano y Cultura de Seguridad: Encarnarás los valores Decathlonianos velando por el bienestar, salud y seguridad de colaboradores y proveedor logístico (3PL). Implementarás esquemas de gestión preventiva, fomentando el diálogo abierto, la autonomía y el desarrollo de tu equipo.Seguridad Industrial y Gestión de Crisis (DRP): Liderarás la política de seguridad del almacén. Realizarás auditorías de riesgos, investigación de accidentes, entrenamientos de seguridad y coordinarás la actualización del Plan de Recuperación ante Desastres (DRP) para asegurar la continuidad del servicio ante cualquier eventualidad.Excelencia Operacional y calidad: Monitorearás el día a día operativo, con la posibilidad de propones acciones de mejora contínua, implementarás estándares de ergonomía y controlarás la calidad del inventario del centro de distribución.Mantenimiento, Orden y Aseo: Diseñarás y garantizarás el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos e instalaciones. Velarás por un entorno limpio, estructurado y funcional en pro de una operación segura.Tu Propio Desarrollo: Liderarás tu Plan de Desarrollo Individual (PDD), impulsando tu autogestión y crecimiento, formación técnica y fortaleciendo tus habilidades de liderazgo funcional de personas y procesos.Requisitos y calificacionesTu Perfil (Profile)Requisitos y Habilidades Duras (Saber Hacer):Ser profesional universitario.Ser apasionado por los deportes.Contar con 2 años de experiencia demostrable en procesos logísticos, seguridad en centros de distribución o roles afines.Tener experiencia animando operaciones con 3PL o manejo frecuente de proveedores, generando una cultura de diálogo y respeto mutuo.Tener un fuerte interés y sensibilidad por el cuidado de las personas y la seguridad en el trabajo.Contar con conocimientos deseables en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) y gestión de almacenes.Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en la sede de nuestro Centro Logístico.
