A UNIABEU busca, busca profissionais da área da saúde interessados(as) em atuar na docência do curso de Medicina, com foco em disciplinas do ciclo básico e formação inicial médica.Buscamos docentes com sólida formação acadêmica, domínio técnico na área de atuação, boa didática e interesse em contribuir para a formação de estudantes de Medicina, integrando conhecimentos básicos, clínicos, humanísticos e práticos.Os(as) profissionais poderão atuar em atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, práticas laboratoriais, atividades integradoras, extensão, avaliação discente e demais ações acadêmicas vinculadas ao curso de Medicina.O curso valoriza a formação ética, crítica, reflexiva, humanizada e socialmente comprometida, com o professor atuando como facilitador e mediador do processo de ensino-aprendizagem.Esta oportunidade tem como objetivo compor banco de talentos. O contato com os(as) candidatos(as) ocorrerá conforme aderência ao perfil, disponibilidade e necessidade institucional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMinistrar aulas e conduzir atividades acadêmicas em disciplinas do ciclo básico e/ou formação inicial do curso de Medicina.Planejar, desenvolver e avaliar atividades de ensino-aprendizagem alinhadas ao plano de ensino e ao Projeto Pedagógico do Curso.Contribuir para a integração entre conteúdos básicos e aplicação clínica, favorecendo a construção do raciocínio médico desde os primeiros períodos.Utilizar metodologias de ensino que estimulem a participação ativa dos estudantes, a discussão de casos, o pensamento crítico e a aprendizagem significativa.Elaborar, aplicar e corrigir avaliações, atividades, estudos dirigidos, trabalhos acadêmicos e demais instrumentos de acompanhamento discente.Participar de reuniões acadêmicas, alinhamentos pedagógicos e ações de integração curricular, quando convocado(a).Apoiar atividades práticas, laboratoriais, integradoras, extensionistas ou interdisciplinares, conforme aderência da disciplina e planejamento do curso.Acompanhar o desempenho dos estudantes, oferecendo feedback formativo e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes.Manter atualização técnico-científica na área de atuação, utilizando referências atuais e baseadas em evidências.Zelar por uma atuação docente ética, inclusiva, respeitosa e alinhada às diretrizes institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios Graduação completa em Medicina, Biomedicina, Ciências Biológicas, Farmácia, Enfermagem, Fisioterapia ou áreas correlatas à disciplina/eixo de atuação.Pós-graduação lato sensu ou stricto sensu em área relacionada à saúde, ciências biomédicas, educação médica ou áreas afins. Experiência docente no ensino superior e/ou experiência comprovada em atividades acadêmicas, monitoria, preceptoria, pesquisa, extensão ou formação em saúde.Boa comunicação, organização, postura ética e habilidade para relacionamento com estudantes, docentes e coordenação.  Requisitos desejáveisMestrado ou doutorado concluído ou em andamento. Experiência prévia em curso de Medicina. Vivência com metodologias ativas, sala de aula invertida, discussão de casos, simulação, práticas laboratoriais ou avaliação por competências.Experiência com integração básico-clínica e construção de atividades interdisciplinares.Produção científica, participação em projetos de pesquisa, extensão ou iniciação científica.Conhecimento sobre Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais de Medicina e formação médica baseada em competências.Experiência com acompanhamento discente, feedback formativo e avaliação de desempenho acadêmico.Disponibilidade para participação em reuniões pedagógicas, bancas, capacitações docentes e atividades institucionais.
