O equilíbrio entre tradição e modernidade é o nosso ideal e para além do curso de Medicina, o Alfa prepara o seu filho para que ele seja o que ele quiser ser.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e ministrar aulas de Língua Portuguesa e/ou Língua Inglesa atendendo aos segmentos de Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental (Anos Iniciais e Finais) e Ensino Médio;Elaborar atividades ludopedagógicas, avaliações e materiais didáticos adequados às diferentes faixas etárias e fases de desenvolvimento dos estudantes;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento motor, cognitivo, social e acadêmico dos alunos;Realizar registros pedagógicos, relatórios de acompanhamento e participar das reuniões de pais e com a equipe escolar;Adaptar estratégias de ensino e metodologias ativas conforme as necessidades das turmas e dos estudantes;Participar ativamente de projetos, eventos e feiras culturais/pedagógicas da instituição;Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com a coordenação, orientação e demais professores.Requisitos desejáveis:Formação superior completa em Letras (Português/Inglês) e/ou Pedagogia;Experiência com docência em Língua Portuguesa e/ou Língua Inglesa nos segmentos descritos (Educação Infantil ao Ensino Médio);Conhecimento sobre a BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) aplicada aos diferentes segmentos;Boa comunicação, dinamismo, empatia e organização;Familiaridade com tecnologias e recursos educacionais interativos será considerada um diferencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Letras (com habilitação em Português e/ou Inglês) ou Pedagogia;Domínio de ambos os idiomas (Português e Inglês), com excelente fluência e pronúncia para atuação desde a Educação Infantil até o Ensino Médio;Conhecimento das etapas de alfabetização, letramento e aquisição de segunda língua (English Language Teaching / ELT);Experiência prévia na docência da Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental e/ou Ensino Médio;Boa comunicação oral e escrita em ambos os idiomas;Capacidade de planejamento pedagógico adaptado a diferentes faixas etárias;Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e forte inteligência emocional;Conhecimento e aplicação de ferramentas digitais e plataformas educacionais no processo de ensino-aprendizagem;Cursos de especialização/aperfeiçoamento em Educação Bilíngue, Metodologias Ativas ou Gestão da Sala de Aula serão considerados um grande diferencial.Informações adicionaisVale TransportePlano de Saúde
