Nossa MissãoContribuir com ações socioeducativas para conscientizar crianças, jovens e adultos de sua dignidade e de seu potencial transformado.O Programa Primeira Infância promove a formação, a socialização e a autonomia de bebês e crianças de 0 a 3 anos, em 15 Centros de Educação Infantil (CEIs), que visa assegurar os direitos de aprendizagem, acreditando na criança protagonista e exploradora, promovendo uma educação de estímulo à autonomia, à integração e à socialização.As ações pedagógicas desenvolvidas pelo Programa são pautadas pela Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável e, em 2022, a Liga participou da Virada ODS: política pública municipal com apoio da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), para ampliar a conscientização e o engajamento cívico dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável no contexto da Primeira Infância.
