A empresa está com vaga aberta para atuação como Professor(a) de Língua Portuguesa, com responsabilidade pelo planejamento e desenvolvimento das atividades pedagógicas.Profissional responsável por ministrar aulas de Língua Portuguesa, desenvolver estratégias de aprendizagem e acompanhar o desempenho dos estudantes, promovendo um ambiente de ensino acolhedor, dinâmico e estimulante. Atuará de forma integrada com a equipe pedagógica, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento acadêmico e integral dos alunos.Atuação na região da Baixada Santista.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMinistrar aulas de Redação para alunos de Ensino Médio e/ou cursos preparatórios;Preparar os estudantes para ENEM, vestibulares e processos seletivos, com foco em alto desempenho;Desenvolver e aplicar propostas de redação, atividades e estratégias de aprendizagem;Realizar correções de redações, fornecendo feedbacks individuais e orientações para evolução da escrita;Trabalhar competências, estrutura textual, argumentação, repertório sociocultural, coesão e coerência;Acompanhar o desempenho e a evolução dos alunos, identificando dificuldades e oportunidades de desenvolvimento;Participar do planejamento pedagógico e atuar em parceria com a equipe de coordenação;Manter-se atualizado sobre temas da atualidade, critérios de avaliação e tendências de ENEM e vestibulares.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Letras – Português ou áreas correlatas;Experiência como professor(a) de Redação, preferencialmente com atuação no Ensino Médio e/ou cursos preparatórios;Experiência com ENEM e vestibulares;Domínio da norma-padrão da Língua Portuguesa e das técnicas de produção textual;Experiência com correção e avaliação de redações;Habilidade para desenvolver estratégias voltadas à alta performance e evolução dos estudantes;Boa comunicação, didática e capacidade de estabelecer vínculo com os alunos;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na Baixada Santista.Informações adicionais • Vale-alimentação;• Plano médico;• Plano odontológico;• Vale transporte.
