Empresa multinacional de grande porte, atuante no setor de serviços técnicos e prestação de serviços para o segmento de mineração e industrial.Buscamos para atuar na liderança de equipe técnica e na mobilização de contratos junto a clientes do setor de mineração e outros segmentos industriais, garantindo excelência em segurança do trabalho, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente em múltiplas unidades e frentes de trabalho.Estamos buscando um candidato ambicioso, motivado e em busca de novos desafios, para atuar em nosso laboratório. Caso tenha este perfil venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe técnica de Segurança de Trabalho (técnicos, auxiliares e brigadistas);Distribuir atividades, acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e conduzir avaliações e planos de desenvolvimento da equipe;Atuar como referência técnica para questões complexas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente.Ser o principal ponto de contato com clientes nas rotinas de segurança, alinhando exigências contratuais e requisitos legais;Realizar visitas de campo regulares às unidades e contratos, inspecionando rotinas de trabalho e assegurando padronização das práticas de segurança;Representar a equipe/empresa em reuniões de comissões de segurança dos clientes (CIPA, comitês de segurança, fóruns de Segurança do Trabalho, entre outros), alinhando planos de ação e demandas específicas de cada contrato;Consolidar e analisar indicadores mensais de Segurança do Trabalho, apresentando resultados às lideranças e clientes;Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, ambiental e de segurança do trabalho, bem como das políticas internas da empresa;Conduzir análises de acidentes/incidentes, definir causas-raiz e planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.Definir e validar conteúdos de treinamentos técnicos, integrações e campanhas de prevenção;Fomentar a participação ativa dos colaboradores em Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS), campanhas e reuniões;Elaborar e revisar Análises Preliminares de Risco (APR), aprovando medidas preventivas de empresas contratadas.Atuar na resposta a emergências de saúde e incêndio quando necessário;Definir critérios de necessidade, distribuição e fiscalização do uso de EPIs. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica na área de Segurança do Trabalho, com registro profissional regularizado;Vivência em rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho em ambientes industriais, preferencialmente no setor de mineração;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas a contratos/unidades;Responsabilidade, comprometimento e postura profissional;Conhecimentos intermediários em ferramentas de informática;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Informações adicionaisJornada de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 17h48Local de trabalho: Região metropolitana de BH/MGBenefícios: Vale-refeição e/ou vale-alimentação, assistência médica, assistência odontológica, seguro de vida, vale-transporte e Gympass.
