A Auster Capital está com inscrições abertas para o programa de estágio FOP – Future Operating Partner, voltado para estudantes de alto potencial que desejam iniciar sua trajetória no ecossistema de private equity, vivenciando na prática a implementação de IA dentro das empresas do portfólio da gestora.O programa tem como objetivo formar, capacitar e mentorar futuros profissionais com visão estratégica e experiência de campo, atuando diretamente em áreas operacionais, financeiras, comerciais, tecnológicas e corporativas das investidas da Auster.Ao longo do programa, os estagiários participarão de projetos práticos dentro das empresas, com foco especial na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, automação de processos, aumento de produtividade, fortalecimento de controles e implementação de soluções de inteligência artificial nas diferentes áreas de atuação.

Sobre o Programa - Duração: 12 meses- Atuação prática em áreas operacionais e estratégicas das investidas da Auster, com foco em projetos de inteligência artificial em conjunto com a Auster Capital e o C-Level.- Mentoria, acompanhamento e cursos de capacitação sobre finanças, direito, IA e outros temas conduzidos pela Auster Capital- Projetos anuais com apresentação para os executivos das investidas e para a Auster
