Sobre o Programa

O Programa de Liderança Operações foi criado para formar futuros líderes por meio de uma jornada prática e imersiva. Durante o programa, você terá a oportunidade de atuar em diferentes frentes estratégicas da operação, acompanhando a gestão de parceiros e fornecedores de manutenção automotiva, os processos de preparação de veículos para comercialização e as atividades que garantem a manutenção e disponibilidade da frota de pesados. Uma experiência completa para ampliar sua visão de negócio e desenvolver competências de liderança.

Você vivenciará experiências como:Onboarding, com imersão na cultura, estratégia e modelo de negócio da Localiza&Co;Conexão e troca de experiências com executivos e líderes do negócio;Experiência prática por meio de um robusto programa de Job Rotation em diferentes operações do Brasil;Treinamento on the job: Aplicação prática e acompanhamento em campo;Apresentação de um projeto baseado em um desafio real do negócio, desenvolvendo suas competências e ampliando sua visão estratégica.

Regiões de Atuação

As vivências acontecerão nas regiões Sudeste, Centro-Oeste, Sul, Norte e Nordeste, de acordo com as etapas de desenvolvimento e as necessidades do negócio. Uma oportunidade única para acelerar seu desenvolvimento, ampliar seus conhecimentos e se preparar para assumir posições de liderança na Localiza&Co.

Requisitos

Ensino Superior Completo;CNH B ativa e definitiva;Disponibilidade para viagens pelo Brasil e mudança de residência após a conclusão do programa, conforme as oportunidades de atuação e as necessidades do negócio;Pacote office intermediário;Vivência em indústria, logística, serviços, e/ou gestão de pessoas será um diferencial.
