PROGRAMA PRATICANTES LOG-IN,É dedicado a você oficial recém-formado em náutica ou máquinas, que tem o desejo de ingressar sua vida marítima em um time formado por pessoas disruptivas, engajadas e apaixonadas que gerenciam e operam as melhores soluções logísticas integradas, conectando o Brasil e o Mercosul. Nascemos para movimentar mais do que cargas, movimentamos oportunidades e criamos soluções inteligentes e personalizadas. O programa, tem duração de um ano de efetivo embarque e os participantes estagiam nos navios de nossa frota com direito a uma bolsa de R$ 1.800,00, plano de saúde e ticket alimentação. No início do aprendizado, os praticantes, 2º Oficial de Máquinas (2OM) e de 2º Oficial de Náutica (2ON), conhecem um pouco mais sobre a atuação da companhia e acompanham apresentações sobre o Manual de Conduta Ética, benefícios, visão da carreira de oficial de Náutica e de Máquinas, rota e navegação, entre outros. Após o estágio, os praticantes concorrerão a efetivação na frota Log-In.Embarque conosco!  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtitude de dono: Com foco em segurança, e orientação para processo e organização. A rotina do cargo inclui: - Operacionalizar as atividades viabilizando o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos pelo seu comandante. - Contribuir para maximização/otimização dos serviços prestados no navio dentro da sua seção de origem, podendo ser náutica ou máquinas, mediante orientação e treinamento no que tange às rotinas operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ?Formação do EFOMM;CIR (Caderneta de Inscrição e Registro);Comprovante de vacinação Covid-19, do aplicativo Conect Sus com a 1°, 2°, 3° e 4° dosePassaporte válido.
