Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs seus primeiros 90 dias serão dedicados a uma imersão intensiva de desenvolvimento para garantir que você tenha todas as ferramentas necessárias para brilhar em campo:Mentoria Direta: Acompanhamento e direcionamento com o nosso Diretor Comercial.Imersão com Especialistas: Treinamento prático e aprofundado em todos os nossos processos internos com os especialistas da casa.Vivência de Campo: Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de visitas comerciais in loco para entender na prática a dinâmica do mercado.Pronto para Voar: Após o período de 90 dias de formação, você estará 100% apto(a) para assumir a rotina comercial de rua, gerenciando carteira, prospecções e negociações com autonomia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil e Atitude: Tino comercial aflorado, alta ambição de crescimento, boa comunicação verbal e interpessoal e vontade de fazer acontecer.Formação: Estar cursando o penúltimo período dos cursos de Engenharia, Gestão Comercial, Administração ou áreas afins.

Requisitos TécnicosCNH B ativa (obrigatório).Disponibilidade total para viagens.
