Encorajamos que pessoas com deficiência se candidatem, como também mulheres, pessoas LGBT+, pessoas negras e indígenas, de diferentes idades e regiões!O PCM ( Planejador Controle de Manutenção) possui um conjunto de atividades e processos gerenciais que visam garantir a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e eficiência de equipamentos e instalações em uma organização, envolve o planejamento antecipado de todas as atividades de manutenção e programação de tarefas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar atividades de manutenção programada: Pessoas, materiais e outros insumos necessários;Gerenciar e inserir revisões dos planos de manutenção no SAP-PM, mediante aprovações necessárias;Validar a execução das atividades programadas de manutenção;Cadastrar e atualizar PMs, Rotas de Inspeção e Matriz de Treinamento no SAP-PM;Garantir procedimentos de abertura e encerramento de Ordens de Serviço no SAP-PM;Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões corporativos de gestão da manutenção;Garantir que as ITs elaboradas estejam na matriz de capacitação e no DTM (Diagnóstico do Trabalho de Manutenção);   Identificar e analisar desvios de execução de atividades programadas e de apontamento de dados;       Capacitar equipes de manutenção nas rotinas do SAP-PM;Associar peças de reposição à hierarquia e criticidade do equipamento, ajustando o planejamento de materiais;       Levantar histórico de peças de reposição requisitados ao estoque;Acompanhamento da aquisição e programação de materiais críticos;Medir e analisar resultados e melhorias de Wrench Time;        Atualizar gráficos de acompanhamento das atividades e indicadores de manutenção;       Responsável pela gestão a vista das atividades da Usina;              Coletar informações das diversas fontes disponíveis para consolidação dos indicadores da Usina e do Corporativo;      Estruturar e Apurar Indicadores e acompanhamentos de Manutenção (Técnicos e de Custo); Gerar relatórios de manutenção previamente estabelecidos: custo, HH, Wrench Time e materiais da manutenção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação nas áreas de Engenharia: Mecânica, Elétrica e/ou correlatas;Experiência em área de manutenção de equipamentos, programação e planejamento;Pacote Office Avançado;Possuir CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens;Conhecimentos no sistema SAP.Será diferencial para esta posição:    Ter atuado no setor elétrico/ energia (Parques Solares e/ou eólicos).Importante: É necessário ter disponibilidade para residir em Garanhuns/PE.
