Responsável pelo planejamento e gestão do abastecimento de materiais importados, garantindo a disponibilidade de componentes para atendimento ao plano de produção e aos clientes. Atua de forma integrada com fornecedores internacionais, compras, logística, comércio exterior e manufatura, realizando análises de demanda, gestão de estoques, monitoramento de embarques e mitigação de riscos da cadeia de suprimentos, assegurando equilíbrio entre nível de serviço, custos e capital empregado.HORÁRIO: Das 07h00 às 16h24, de segunda à sexta-feiraResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e emitir pedidos de compra para fornecedores internacionais conforme demanda e políticas de estoque.Monitorar continuamente a carteira de pedidos de compra (Purchase Orders), garantindo atualização de datas, quantidades e confirmações dos fornecedores.Analisar demanda, consumo e tendências de mercado para definição das necessidades de abastecimento.Gerenciar níveis de estoque, cobertura, safety stock e giro de materiais importadosAcompanhar diariamente materiais críticos, conduzindo planos de recuperação e mitigação de riscos.Realizar follow-up com fornecedores internacionais para assegurar cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.Monitorar embarques internacionais desde a origem até o recebimento na planta.Definir, em conjunto com Comércio Exterior e Logística, a modalidade de transporte mais adequada (marítimo, aéreo, rodoviário ou multimodal), considerando criticidade, prazo e custo.Atuar junto às áreas de Comércio Exterior, Desembaraço Aduaneiro e Transportadoras para garantir o fluxo logístico internacional.Analisar impactos de atrasos logísticos, congestionamentos portuários, indisponibilidade de voos e demais eventos da cadeia global.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de performance relacionados ao abastecimento, estoque, cobertura, atrasos, fretes especiais e atendimento ao plano de produção.Participar das reuniões de planejamento (S&OP, MPS e Supply Review), apresentando riscos e planos de ação.Desenvolver planos de contingência para materiais críticos e coordenar ações emergenciais de abastecimento.Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua visando redução de estoques, custos logísticos e aumento da confiabilidade do abastecimento.Garantir a correta parametrização dos sistemas ERP relacionados ao planejamento de materiaisRequisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS:Formação: Ensino Superior Completo.COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS:Mínimo 5 anos de experiência em Planejamento de Materiais (MRP/MPS);Experiência ou conhecimento em ERP (Oracle, SAP ou similar);Excel Avançado / Power BI;Inglês avançado para comunicação com fornecedores internacionais.COMPETÊNCIAS COMPORTAMENTAIS:Forte capacidade analítica;Senso de urgência;Planejamento e organização;Comunicação e negociação. Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos:PPR;Ambulatório Médico;Assistência Médica;Convênio Farmácia;Convênio Odontológico;Cooperativa de Crédito – COOPDANA;Previdência Privada;Seguro de Vida;Ticket Alimentação;Refeitório na empresa;Transporte de pessoal Fretado e/ou Vale-transporte.
