¡Sé parte de Stefanini!En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 40 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!Responsabilidades y atribucionesGestionar y realizar seguimiento a los proyectos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento del alcance, cronograma, hitos y entregables.Dar seguimiento a las actividades del equipo y coordinar con los diferentes involucrados para asegurar el avance de los proyectos.Monitorear KPIs, indicadores y SLAs de los proyectos, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.Identificar y gestionar oportunamente riesgos, impedimentos y dependencias que puedan afectar los compromisos establecidos.Mantener una comunicación constante con el cliente, informando avances, riesgos, próximos hitos y temas pendientes.Construir y mantener una buena relación con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y asegurando una adecuada atención.Coordinar con equipos técnicos, funcionales y de soporte para facilitar la ejecución y entrega de las iniciativas.Organizar y participar en reuniones de seguimiento, ceremonias ágiles y espacios de coordinación con los diferentes stakeholders.Mantener actualizada la información de avance, compromisos, indicadores y principales riesgos de los proyectos.Identificar nuevas necesidades y oportunidades de mejora en las cuentas asignadas que puedan convertirse en nuevos requerimientos o servicios para la Fábrica de Software.Coordinar con las áreas comerciales y técnicas cuando se identifiquen oportunidades de nuevos proyectos o ampliaciones de alcance.Promover buenas prácticas de gestión y mejora continua dentro de los proyectos.Requisitos y calificacionesProfesional o egresado de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Computación, Informática o carreras afines.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión o coordinación de proyectos de tecnología.Experiencia realizando seguimiento a cronogramas, entregables, alcance y compromisos.Conocimientos en gestión de KPIs, indicadores y SLAs.Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.Experiencia en gestión y comunicación con clientes y stakeholders.Conocimiento de metodologías Agile/Scrum.Manejo de herramientas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro o similares.Conocimiento general del ciclo de vida de proyectos de desarrollo de software y capacidad para interactuar con equipos técnicos.Capacidad de organización, seguimiento, comunicación y orientación a resultados.Capacidad para identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer oportunidades de mejora o nuevos servicios.Deseable experiencia en Fábricas de Software, empresas de servicios TI o proyectos de transformación digital.Informaciones adicionales
