¡Sé parte de Stefanini!En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 40 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.¡Seguro no te quieres quedar fuera!¡Se nuestro Project Manager!El Project Manager debe demostrar sólidos conocimientos técnicos y visión de negocio, poseer un sólido conocimiento de los procesos de desarrollo de proyectos y/o SDLC, y tener sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Las responsabilidades pueden evolucionar a medida que evoluciona la estrategia organizacional.Responsabilidades y atribucionesLos candidatos deben ser capaces de desenvolverse en entornos ambiguos y ser responsables de lo siguiente: Gestionar con éxito varios proyectos simultáneos Gestionar los entregables del proyecto, incluyendo la solución técnica, la implementación, el soporte y la calidad. Comprender y participar en las múltiples fases de implementación del proyecto. Colaborar con los equipos de portafolio, los propietarios de aplicaciones, la arquitectura empresarial y diversos equipos de TI y de negocio para priorizar el trabajo y los cronogramas. Revisar los entregables del equipo del proyecto para garantizar la calidad (recorrido de diseño, resultados de pruebas, etc.) y el cumplimiento de los estándares y requisitos regulatorios. Interactuar con los clientes para comprender su negocio y responder a sus necesidades con base en el conocimiento empresarial y técnico. Educar e influir en otros, incluyendo a los patrocinadores del proyecto, otros gerentes de proyecto y los recursos del equipo del proyecto.Definir y ejecutar los planes del proyecto e informar sobre el estado, los problemas, el progreso, el presupuesto, etc. del proyecto a los responsables/gerencias de los servicios correspondientes, incluyendo reuniones de revisión del proyecto y paneles de control. Requisitos y calificacionesHabilidades y cualificaciones requeridas:Licenciatura en Informática o un campo relacionado. Sólidos conocimientos de los procesos de desarrollo e implementación de proyectos. Sólidas habilidades de presentación, colaboración y trabajo en equipo. Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, mentoría e influencia. Experiencia demostrada en la ejecución exitosa de proyectos. Sólidos conocimientos prácticos del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de sistemas y los procesos de gestión de proyectos. Excelentes habilidades de pensamiento crítico, resolución de problemas, negociación y visión para los negocios. Debe ser capaz de comunicarse oralmente y por escrito en inglés. Conocimientos sólidos en los fundamentos de ITIL Imprescindible:Más de 5 años de experiencia en el sector de Tecnologías de la Información (TI), gestionando proyectos de tecnología, preferentemente con experiencia en entornos cloud.Contar con al menos una certificación vigente en gestión de proyectos, como PMP, Prince2 o Scrum Master (este requisito es indispensable).Informaciones adicionalesSe requiere que el Project Manager visite las oficinas del cliente 4 veces al mes en Santa Fe, Cuidad de México.
