Conexão Talento busca para seu cliente um(a) Project Manager Junior para atuar na gestão operacional de projetos, acompanhando demandas, prazos, fornecedores, clientes e registros de execução. Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, comunicativa e responsável, que tenha experiência prévia com projetos, atendimento, produção audiovisual, eventos, agência ou operações correlatas e que tenha interesse em desenvolver sua carreira em gestão de projetos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir frentes simples e intermediárias de projetos, garantindo o andamento das demandas; Acompanhar prazos, cronogramas, entregas e status das atividades;

Realizar atendimento de rotina aos clientes por mensagens, reuniões e, eventualmente, presencialmente;

Acionar e acompanhar fornecedores em demandas de baixa e média complexidade;

Solicitar e acompanhar cotações e informações necessárias para execução dos projetos;

Elaborar propostas, cronogramas, atas, relatórios, recaps e materiais de acompanhamento;

Organizar documentos, arquivos, referências e versões dos projetos;

Construir e atualizar manuais, checklists e controles operacionais;

Atualizar informações de clientes, fornecedores, oportunidades e histórico no CRM;

Identificar situações que envolvam alteração de escopo, custo, prazo ou temas sensíveis e direcioná-las para validação da liderança;

Manter comunicação clara e organizada com clientes, fornecedores e equipe interna;

Reportar o andamento das frentes à liderança responsável pela conta ou subsetor.Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência mínima de 2 anos em operações, atendimento, produção audiovisual, agência, eventos, projetos ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com organização de demandas, prazos, fornecedores, cotações, cronogramas ou controles;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão e organização, como Excel, Google Drive, Notion e/ou CRM;

Excel em nível básico a intermediário;

Boa capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de múltiplas demandas;

Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;

Inglês básico;

Interesse por produção audiovisual, comunicação, publicidade, atendimento ou gestão de projetos.Será um diferencial se você tiver: Espanhol básico ou em desenvolvimento;

Experiência em agência, produção audiovisual, eventos ou projetos de comunicação;

Conhecimento de ferramentas de IA aplicadas à rotina profissional.Informações adicionais Contratação PJ💰 Faixa salarial: R$ 3.000 a R$ 3.500
