Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos buscando um(a) profissional para atuar como Projetista de Sistemas, responsável pelo desenvolvimento e detalhamento de projetos de CFTV, Controle de Acesso, BMS, SDAI e Telecomunicações, utilizando principalmente Revit e AutoCAD.O(a) profissional atuará em projetos multidisciplinares, participando desde o desenvolvimento da solução técnica até a elaboração da documentação executiva, incluindo plantas, diagramas, listas de materiais, memoriais descritivos e especificações técnicas.Principais Atividades:Desenvolver projetos de CFTV (CCTV);Desenvolver projetos de Controle de Acesso;Elaborar projetos de BMS – Building Management System;Elaborar projetos de SDAI – Sistema de Detecção e Alarme de Incêndio;Desenvolver projetos de Telecomunicações e Cabeamento Estruturado;Elaborar e detalhar projetos utilizando Revit e AutoCAD;Desenvolver plantas, cortes, detalhes, layouts e diagramas;Elaborar diagramas de blocos, diagramas de interligação e arquiteturas dos sistemas;Realizar levantamento de quantitativos e elaborar listas de materiais (BOM);Elaborar memoriais descritivos;Elaborar especificações técnicas de equipamentos, materiais e sistemas;Elaborar listas de pontos, equipamentos e interfaces entre sistemas;Realizar compatibilização com projetos de elétrica, arquitetura, HVAC e demais disciplinas;Identificar e apoiar na resolução de interferências entre disciplinas;Apoiar a elaboração de escopos técnicos e documentação para contratação;Realizar análise e revisão de projetos e documentos técnicos de fornecedores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações: Formação técnica ou superior em Elétrica, Eletrônica, Automação, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas;Experiência no desenvolvimento de projetos de CFTV, Controle de Acesso, BMS, SDAI e/ou Telecomunicações;Domínio de AutoCAD;Conhecimento e experiência em Revit e metodologia BIM;Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de projetos multidisciplinares;Experiência na elaboração de listas de materiais e quantitativos;Conhecimento na elaboração de memoriais descritivos e especificações técnicas; Experiência em projetos de Data Centers, ambientes de missão crítica, centros de comando e controle e instalações de alta disponibilidade será considerada um diferencial.
