Sobre o Consórcio Ocyan & Mota-Engil O Consórcio Ocyan & Mota-Engil foi criado em 2023, a partir da conquista de um contrato estratégico da Ocyan, em parceria com a companhia portuguesa Mota-Engil, para executar a revitalização da malha de gás da Petrobras na Bacia de Campos. O projeto marca a ampliação da atuação das empresas em projetos EPCI offshore (engenharia, aquisição, fabricação e instalação de equipamentos submarinos). As atividades serão realizadas nas plataformas Namorado (PNA-1) e Garoupa (PGP-1), com foco na instalação de manifolds, dutos flexíveis e outros equipamentos submarinos de alta complexidade.A união entre a Ocyan e a Mota-Engil fortalece a expertise do Consórcio: de um lado, a sólida experiência da Ocyan no mercado brasileiro de óleo e gás; de outro, a reconhecida presença internacional da Mota-Engil, especialmente na Europa e na África.Estamos em busca de um(a) Projetista para integrar a equipe de Engenharia do projeto.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInterpretar esboços e especificações técnicas para estabelecer as características e bases de execução dos projetos, garantindo o alinhamento com as necessidades do cliente e requisitos técnicos;Projetar e desenvolver componentes e estruturas complexas, incluindo tubulações, sistemas mecânicos, estruturas navais etc., assegurando que todos os requisitos técnicos, de segurança e qualidade sejam atendidos;Elaborar documentação técnica completa e detalhada para a fabricação, instalação e/ou manutenção de sistemas, estruturas e equipamentos, incluindo arranjos gerais, detalhamentos de fabricação, laudos de cálculos e desenhos técnicos (2D e 3D);Elaborar desenhos de arranjo submarino, diagramas unifilares, deck layout, storyboards;Utilizar softwares especializados para o desenvolvimento de projetos, realizando modelagem em 3D, ajuste de modelos existentes, definição de tolerâncias e revisão de desenhos técnicos;Revisar e validar documentos técnicos de outros projetistas e fornecedores, garantindo a consistência e a qualidade das entregas, bem como a compatibilidade entre os diversos elementos do projeto;Participar ativamente das reuniões de revisão de projeto, fornecendo suporte técnico especializado e contribuindo para a solução de problemas e ajustes necessários, conforme a evolução das atividades e das fases do projeto;Manter uma comunicação constante com a equipe de engenharia e suas disciplinas, garantindo que as soluções de projeto sejam compreendidas e executadas conforme planejado, além de identificar e compartilhar as variações de escopo, assegurando que os envolvidos estejam atualizados sobre quaisquer mudanças no andamento do projeto;Garantir que todos os projetos estejam em conformidade com as normas e regulamentos da indústria, atendendo às exigências de segurança e qualidade, além de acompanhar a execução das atividades de acordo com os prazos e orçamento;Gerenciar o arquivo técnico e garantir o correto armazenamento de todos os documentos relacionados ao projeto, utilizando sistemas de gestão de documentos da empresa para assegurar a rastreabilidade e facilitar consultas futuras;Registrar e compartilhar lições aprendidas e boas práticas associadas as atividades exercidas, promovendo a melhoria contínua dentro da equipe e da organização;Orientar e apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe, promovendo a transferência de conhecimento técnico e a disseminação de boas práticas operacionais, garantindo que a equipe esteja alinhada com os objetivos da organização;Realizar visitas técnicas esporádicas, sob demanda do projeto, acompanhando as atividades em campo, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e garantindo que a execução das tarefas esteja conforme os requisitos operacionais e de segurança.

Requisitos e qualificações

Formação técnica concluída + Registro de Classe Ativo (CFT)Alta capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;Boas habilidades de comunicação com alto domínio técnico;Conhecimento em projeto mecânico, estrutural e de equipamentos, assim como tolerância e ajustes;Conhecimento em arranjo submarino, alignment sheets, diagramas unifilares, deck layoutConhecimento avançado em softwares de 2D (AutoCAD ou Microstation) e 3D (Solidworks ou Inventor);Inglês intermediário;
