Você é tudo o que importa!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento de componentes automotivos de Carroceria (Body in White), Portas e tampas (Closures ou Hang-on Parts) em CATIA.Você será responsável por transformar conceitos em soluções de engenharia viáveis, robustas e otimizadas para manufatura, utilizando as mais modernas ferramentas de design e trabalhando em um ambiente de projetos globais e desafiadores.Reporte ao líder de time e/ou cliente final, provendo propostas e soluções técnicas para os desafios do projeto;Desenvolver modelos 3D complexos (superfícies e sólidos) e detalhamentos 2D, garantindo a integração e análise dos componentes no ambiente do veículo (packaging e DMU);Participar e conduzir estudos técnicos essenciais, como análises de tolerâncias, lay-outs, definição de hard points e viabilidade para homologação;Analisar criticamente superfícies de estilo (Classe A), propondo alterações que garantam um projeto viável, econômico e adequado às condições de manufatura disponíveis;Acompanhar e interpretar análises de simulação (CAE, Moldflow, Autoform, etc.), propondo melhorias de design com base nos resultados;Gerar e manter a documentação técnica do projeto, como vistas explodidas, sequências de montagem e listas de peças;Entregar resultados completos e convincentes, cumprindo os prazos e metas estabelecidos pelo projeto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia (Mecânica, Automotiva ou áreas correlatas) ou formação técnica com sólida experiência equivalente na área;Experiência mínima em desenvolvimento de produto no setor automotivo em carroceria, portas ou tampas;Domínio avançado em Catia V5 para modelamento de superfícies, sólidos, detalhamento 2D e DMU;Conhecimento em processos de manufatura de componentes automotivos, sejam metálicos (estampagem, solda, dobra, etc.) para suportar o desenvolvimento de peças metálicas de forma independente;Inglês para leitura e escrita técnica (desejável conversação para eventuais reuniões);Trabalho em modalidade híbrida em São Bernardo do Campo/SP e/ou remota e contratação PJ.Informações adicionaisAtuação hibrida em São Bernardo do Campo/SP e/ou remoto.Contratação PJ.
