Estamos buscando um Promotor(a) de Vendas para a região Sul do país, que será responsável por promover a marcar ZEN em campo, divulgando, demonstrando, palestrando, para os mais diversos públicos, dentre eles, equipe comercial do distribuidor, balconistas de autopeças, aplicadores. Gerando engajamento com a marca, no mercado de reposição automotivo. E atuando em reportar informações de mercado para a empresa, afim de rápida tomada de decisão, pesquisando novas linhas de produtos e complementos de produtos atuais, ajudando a empresa a manter portfólio para atendimento do mercado abrangente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a realizar visitas técnicas à aplicadores dos produtos comercializados pela ZEN;Aplicar questionário padrão desenvolvido pela liderança, com principais informações que a empresa julgar interessante;Reportar à equipe de vendas as principais informações recebidas nas visitas realizadas, por meio da elaboração de documento escrito, bem como com imagens e fotos quando houver;Ministrar palestras tanto no âmbito comercial como técnico, para aplicadores, balconistas e vendedores dos nossos clientes;Assegurar a efetividade das ações comerciais, junto aos distribuidores;Participar do aumento contínuo do faturamento, contribuindo com informações de mercado para a complementação contínua das atuais linhas de produtos, e a busca de novas linhas;Identificar e reportar para prospecção, novos clientes com o objetivo do aumento contínuo de faturamento e Market-share;Identificar oportunidades de novos negócios no mercado, e aumento dos negócios em produtos existentes;Pesquisar produtos e ou informações de acordo com as demandas do departamento;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando (Engenharia Mecânica/Elétrica; Vendas; Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins);Conhecimento do Pacote Office;CNH Categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens (2 semanas por mês);É desejável ter experiência de dois anos na função;Conhecimento técnico em reparação automotiva será um diferencial.Informações adicionaisHorário Flexível;Participação anual dos resultados;Plano de saúde (extensivo para dependentes);Assistência Odontológica (extensivo para dependentes);Atendimento Psicológico;Reembolso de 50% dos Medicamentos (extensivo para dependentes);Auxílio creche para filhos até 5 anos;Seguro de Vida;Incentivo aos Estudos;Seguro de vida opcional;E muito mais!
