Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Atuar junto às empresas clientes, realizando abordagens aos colaboradores para apresentar os planos e produtos da companhia. 🔹 Esclarecer dúvidas sobre coberturas, utilização de aplicativos, agendamento de consultas e demais serviços oferecidos. 🔹 Apoiar as áreas de RH e Departamento Pessoal dos clientes, contribuindo para a redução de demandas e reclamações relacionadas aos benefícios. 🔹 Promover a visibilidade dos produtos da companhia, despertando o interesse dos colaboradores e apoiando sua tomada de decisão para adesão aos planos. 🔹 Realizar visitas programadas às empresas clientes, conduzindo plantões de vendas em datas e horários previamente agendados. 🔹 Atuar em pontos estratégicos das empresas, como entradas, saídas de turnos e intervalos, realizando atendimento e orientação aos colaboradores. 🔹 Apresentar os benefícios e diferenciais dos planos, coletando informações necessárias para formalização das adesões. 🔹 Efetuar o cadastro de novos beneficiários, preenchendo formulários e realizando a inserção das informações nos sistemas da companhia. 🔹 Garantir a qualidade do atendimento prestado, promovendo uma experiência positiva para clientes e colaboradores. 🔹 Fornecer informações precisas sobre os produtos, benefícios e condições dos planos, contornando objeções de forma consultiva e ética. 🔹 Participar de treinamentos, reuniões e ações de desenvolvimento, mantendo-se atualizado sobre produtos, processos e estratégias comerciais. 🔹 Aplicar corretamente materiais de merchandising e comunicação, considerando o perfil e as necessidades de cada cliente. 🔹 Cumprir as políticas internas, normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho, bem como os requisitos de Compliance, ESG, LGPD e demais regulamentações aplicáveis. 🔹 Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, conforme orientação da liderança imediata.
