Este profissional será responsável por promover os produtos da categoria, realizar vendas, instalar equipamentos e mentorar os funcionários do ponto de venda para uma nova forma de trabalho. O candidato ideal deve ser orientado para resultados e ter a ambição de crescer na organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromoção e Vendas:Promover os produtos das categorias no PDV.Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, incluindo farmacêuticos, gerentes de loja e colaboradores.Apresentar os benefícios dos produtos, responder a perguntas dos clientes e fechar vendas.Instalação de Equipamentos:Instalar os equipamentos nos PDVs, garantindo que todas as instalações sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e em conformidade com os padrões definidos.Solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados aos equipamentos e garantir que estejam funcionando corretamente.Treinamento:Treinar os funcionários do ponto de venda para adotar uma nova forma de trabalho voltada a Gestão de Categoria, incluindo diretrizes de merchandising por categoria, MPDV e atendimento ao cliente.Estar habilitado a usar as ferramentas da empresa no PDVTreinar os colaboradores no PDV na utilização das ferramentasFornecer treinamento e feedback contínuo para melhorar o desempenho da equipe.Relatórios e Documentação:Manter registros precisos de atividades de vendas, instalação de equipamentos e relatórios de desempenho.Comunicar informações relevantes à equipe de gerenciamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação de nível médio ou superior em áreas relacionadas, como Vendas, Marketing, Administração ou Farmácia (preferencial).Experiência prévia em vendas ou promoção, preferencialmente na indústria farmacêutica.Habilidades de comunicação , com a capacidade de influenciar e persuadir os clientes e treinar a equipe.Orientação para metas e resultados, com a ambição de crescer na organização.Forte ética de trabalho, organização e habilidades de autogerenciamento.Informações adicionaisDisponibilidade para viajar e trabalhar em diferentes locais de vendas, conforme necessário.Ser habilitado, ter veículo próprio e estar com documentação regularizadaTer conhecimento de usuário pacote office e habilidades para instalação de aplicativosOferece-se remuneração fixa + premiação;Ajuda de custo para deslocamento e refeição: TC e TRBenefícios: Assistência médica, odontológica, seguro de vida, cesta básica
