Estamos em busca de um Promotor de Trade e Marketing para garantir a execução e visibilidade da marca nos pontos de venda, aplicando materiais, apoiando campanhas, realizando auditorias e fortalecendo o relacionamento com os PDVs.Se você tem habilidade em comunicação e organização venha fazer parte da nosso time! Responsabilidades e atribuições 1. ExecuçãoAplicar, organizar e manter materiais de merchandising (windbanner, faixas, displays, placas, banners, etc.).Montar exposições especiais de produtos conforme diretrizes do Trade.Garantir o padrão visual da marca e do Cacique Fidelidade em todas as filiais.Repor produtos quando necessário e manter exposição correta (planograma Freezers, gôndolas, racks).2. Auditoria e Checagem de LojaVerificar preços, validade, rupturas e disponibilidade de produtos.Identificar e registrar concorrência (preços, campanhas e exposição).Realizar checklists de auditoria com fotos e relatórios.Reportar irregularidades ao gestor responsável.3. Execução de Campanhas e AtivaçõesImplantar campanhas promocionais e sazonais dentro do prazo.Montar materiais promocionais seguindo as orientações.Acompanhar performance da campanha nas filiais, coletando evidências.Auxiliar no impulsionamento de vendas durante ativações.4. Coleta e Registro de InformaçõesLançar informações em aplicativos ou sistemas de trade marketing (fotos, rupturas, preços, execuções, etc.).Manter registros atualizados, completos e dentro dos horários definidos.Compartilhar evidências fotográficas de antes e depois da execução.5. Relacionamento e Comunicação com o PDVManter bom relacionamento com líderes e demais colaboradores das filiais.Alinhar informações sobre campanhas, preços e materiais.Ser o representante do Cacique Fidelidade nas filiais.6. Organização de Rotas e AgendaPlanejar rotas diárias e semanais de forma eficiente.Cumprir o roteiro estabelecido pela gestão.Realizar visitas dentro dos horários definidos pela empresa.Reportar necessidades de alteração de rota ou prioridades urgentes.7. Manutenção de Materiais e EquipamentosGarantir a conservação dos materiais instalados nas filiais.Solicitar reposição quando necessário.Organizar estoque de materiais promocionais sob sua responsabilidade.8. Suporte ao Time Comercial e MarketingComunicar oportunidades identificadas nas filiais (espaço, preço, volume, campanhas).Servir como “olhos da marca” para insights e melhorias.Dar suporte ao treinamento das equipes nas filiais (Campanhas, Cacique Fidelidade, Planogramas etc.).9. Cumprimento de Normas e ProcedimentosSeguir políticas de segurança e conduta ao atuar em áreas operacionais.Respeitar os padrões de atendimento definidos pela Rede Cacique.Cumprir prazos, cronogramas e diretrizes do marketing e trade.10. Representação da MarcaAtuar com postura profissional e uniforme completo.Ser referência em execução, qualidade e cuidado com a marca.Comunicar valores e posicionamento da empresa em todas as interações nas filiais.

Requisitos e qualificações-Ensino médio completo;-Moto própria regular para uso e habilitação AB ativa;-Disponibilidade para viagens e flexibilidade de horários;-Conhecimento com merchandising, auditoria de loja execução de campanhas promocionais, habilidade em comunicação comercial, técnicas de abordagem e exposição de produtos, conhecimento em fotografia para evidências e uso de aplicativos/sistemas e organização de rotas e noções básicas de logística.Informações adicionais-Salário Base + Periculosidade;-Ticket Alimentação 350,00;-Auxílio Combustível 350,00;-Avaliação de desempenho 250,00; -Plano de Saúde com 50% de participação da empresa;-Plano Odontológico (opcional, por adesão);-Convênios com empresas parceiras, com descontos exclusivos para colaboradores;-TotalPass (plano de benefícios para atividades físicas).
