Responsável por promover produtos e marcas no ponto de venda, garantindo a boa apresentação dos produtos, organização e abastecimento das gôndolas, precificação e reposição de mercadorias. Atua no relacionamento com clientes e equipe de loja, buscando aumentar a visibilidade dos produtos e contribuir para o crescimento das vendas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a reposição e abastecimento dos produtos nos pontos de venda;Organizar e manter a exposição dos produtos de acordo com os padrões da empresa;Verificar preços, validade, estoque e condições das mercadorias;Garantir a correta precificação e identificação dos produtos;Executar ações de merchandising e materiais promocionais;Negociar e buscar melhores espaços para exposição dos produtos;Acompanhar o estoque e identificar a necessidade de reposição;Manter o ponto de venda limpo, organizado e atrativo;Construir e manter um bom relacionamento com os responsáveis pelas lojas;Acompanhar a concorrência e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Realizar registros e relatórios das atividades realizadas;Contribuir para o aumento das vendas e para o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino fundamental ou médio completo;Experiência anterior como Promotor de Vendas, Repositor, Merchandising ou áreas relacionadas será um diferencial;Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Organização, responsabilidade e proatividade;Habilidade para atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes pontos de venda;Agilidade e disposição para atividades que envolvam movimentação e organização de produtos;Conhecimento básico de informática e utilização de aplicativos de celular;Comprometimento com metas, horários e procedimentos da empresa.
