Ajuda a atrair a atenção dos clientes e a impulsionar as vendas, contribuindo para que o produto esteja sempre visível e acessível ao consumidor.Nossa história começou há quase 30 anos, na década de 90, em uma terra fértil localizada no interior da Paraíba, Nordeste do Brasil, a partir de um sonho e da coragem de um agricultor visionário que sabia que, através da agricultura, poderia mudar a sua realidade e da sua região.Vem fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar e abastecer as gôndolas, displays e outros pontos de exposição com os produtos da empresa, seguindo o planograma (o mapa de como os produtos devem ser arrumados).Garantir que os produtos estejam sempre visíveis, limpos e com os preços corretos e atualizados.Verificar a validade dos produtos e organizar o estoque na loja para garantir que os mais antigos sejam vendidos primeiro (FIFO - First In, First Out).Aplicar materiais de merchandising (cartazes, folhetos, wobblers) de forma correta e visível para chamar a atenção do cliente.Manter um bom relacionamento com os gerentes de loja, encarregados e outros funcionários do PDV.Utilizar o aplicativo ou ferramenta digital (no celular ou tablet) fornecido pela empresa para registrar as visitas, as atividades realizadas e as informações coletadas.Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de segurança do trabalho, incluindo o uso correto e constante dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) necessários para cada atividade ou ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPreferencialmente, experiência prévia com demonstração ou venda de produtos;Ensino médio completo;Técnicas básicas de merchandising e organização de PDV;Uso de aplicativos de registro de visitas/dados (básico);Regras básicas de comunicação no varejo;                                                                                        Organização e Atenção aos Detalhes: Essencial para a arrumação de produtos e preenchimento correto;Agilidade e Praticidade: Capacidade de executar tarefas de forma eficiente;Trabalho em Equipe: Colaboração com outros promotores e vendedores;  Disposição Física: Capacidade de se deslocar e manusear produtos;Comprometimento: Com a qualidade da exposição e os objetivos da empresa.Informações adicionaisVale-alimentação,Vale-transporte, Seguro de vida, Plano de Saúde Amil ou Hapvida (30%), Plano odontológico,TotalPass,Plantão Psicológico,Convênio com universidades.
