Promover os produtos e as soluções da empresa no segmento de suínos, oferecendo suporte técnico-comercial aos clientes e à equipe de vendas. Contribuir para o fortalecimento da marca, o aumento da demanda e o desenvolvimento das vendas na região de atuação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time, você irá: Realizar visitas a produtores, granjas, cooperativas, distribuidores e demais clientes do segmento de suínos;Apresentar o portfólio de produtos, seus diferenciais, benefícios e formas de utilização;Apoiar a equipe comercial no desenvolvimento de clientes e oportunidades de negócio;Realizar demonstrações, treinamentos e orientações técnicas sobre os produtos;Acompanhar a aplicação dos produtos e os resultados obtidos pelos clientes;Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e direcionar oportunidades à equipe de vendas;Apoiar ações promocionais, campanhas comerciais, feiras, eventos e dias de campo;Prospectar novos clientes e apoiar a expansão da atuação comercial na região;Manter relacionamento próximo com produtores, técnicos, influenciadores e parceiros do setor;Levantar informações sobre mercado, concorrência, preços e tendências da suinocultura;Registrar visitas, oportunidades, demandas e informações de mercado nos sistemas da empresa;Elaborar relatórios de atividades e acompanhar os resultados das ações realizadas;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas comerciais, técnicas e de segurança da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa: Ensino superior completo em Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinária, Técnico Agropecuário ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento da cadeia produtiva de suínos;Experiência em atendimento ao produtor ou atuação técnico-comercial será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office e de ferramentas de registro comercial;Carteira Nacional de Habilitação – categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em campo.Informações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Vale alimentação;Seguro de vida;Total Pass.Convênio com farmácia;Ferramentas de trabalho: carro, notebook e celular.
