Se você tem prazer em contribuir, gosta do que faz, e é focado em resultados essa VAGA é para VOCÊ!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:·    Reposição de Produtos: abastecer o ponto natural da categoria (gôndolas) e pontos extras negociados ou conquistados (ilhas, terminais, pontas de gôndolas, “orelhas”, entre outros) de acordo com as diretrizes da Limppano, evitando rupturas e respeitando o FIFO (primeiro que vence é o primeiro que sai).·    Exposição e Organização: garantir que os produtos estejam organizados e alinhados com o planograma da empresa.·    Montagem de Pontos Extras: instalar materiais promocionais (MPDV) e montar exposições sazonais, campanhas e ações promocionais.·    Precificação: verificar e corrigir preços nos produtos e nas gôndolas conforme as informações da loja ou da empresa. Implementar as etiquetas de preços no PDV.·    Controle de Estoque: Acompanhar o estoque na área de vendas e no depósito do PDV para evitar falta ou excesso de mercadoria.·    Negociação de Espaços: conquistar espaços extras através de negociação com o gerente ou responsável pelo setor da loja, buscando melhor visibilidade para os produtos.·    Coleta de Informações: realizar (via aplicativo Involves) pesquisas de preço, presença de produtos, espaço em gôndola, implementação de MPDV, abertura de caixas, ações da concorrência, condições de exposição, entre outros, de acordo com a necessidade do momento (informações da Limppano e da concorrência).·    Relatórios e Feedbacks: registrar evidências (fotos e informações) das execuções e enviar relatórios diários através do aplicativo Involves.·    Relacionamento: conquistar e manter um bom relacionamento com o time de loja para facilitar as operações e execuções.. Sugestão de Transferências: realizar sugestão de transferência de mercadoria do Centro de Distribuição (CD) para as lojas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS:·    Formação: ensino médio completo. Desejável formação técnica ou superior em andamento (Marketing, Administração, Logística, etc).·    Experiência: vivência anterior como Promotor de Vendas no setor de limpeza será um diferencial.· Será um diferencial residir próximo aos seguintes bairros: Taquara, Bangu, Barra da Tijuca e Recreio.Condições de Trabalho:·        Atuação externa com visitas a diferentes PDVs diariamente, seguindo a sistemática pré-determinada.·        Trabalho físico leve a moderado (carga, movimentação e organização de produtos).·        Eventual necessidade de deslocamento entre cidades da regiãoInformações adicionaisAlém de um ambiente desenvolvedor, oferecemos ao nosso time:• Salário compatível com o mercado• Plano de Saúde;• Plano Odontológico;• Seguro de vida;• Convênio com faculdades;• Convênio com farmácias;• Vale Alimentação; • Wellhub;• Vale Refeição;• Descontos nos nossos produtos em nossa loja online.
