Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão: Garantir o abastecimento das gôndolas e execução no ponto de vendas, alinhado à estratégia da unidade de negócios e de acordo com o Guia de Execução Brilhante (GEB) .Principais Atividades:Garantir a abordagem e execução em loja:Abastecer o ponto de vendas na quantidade e produtos necessários, limpando e arrumando a gôndola de acordo com o Guia de Execução Brilhante (GEB);Montar exposições especiais e negociar pontos extras;Garantir a organização das gôndolas durante o funcionamento da loja;Vistoriar as gôndolas, com os produtos da unidade de negócios, e anotar a falta de produtos, a fim de providenciar sua reposição;Garantir os espaços de gôndola previamente estabelecidos;Etiquetar os preços nos produtos para exposição na gôndola;Arrumar e avaliar necessidade de troca dos materiais de merchandising e de promoção nos locais adequados, visando a melhor visualização dos produtos e contribuindo para o aumento do giro dos mesmos; Realizar controle e acompanhamentos de performance de execução da loja;Controlar estoques virtuais, coletar informações (mercado, controlar e pesquisar preços, preencher relatórios de ruptura, preço, share de gôndola, etc.) através da ferramenta Ágile e fotografar e coletar informações de ações dos concorrentes;Garantir o cumprimento das Regras Inegociáveis de EHS.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos:Ensino médio completo;Habilidade de negociação, comunicação e influência;Experiência como Promotor(a), preferencialmente no segmento de bens consumo;Habilidade de gestão de estoques.
