Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acolhimento e atendimento psicológico individual aos pacientes em acompanhamento por Tuberculose (TB) e Doença Pulmonar Pós-Tuberculose (DPPT);Realizar avaliação psicológica, considerando aspectos emocionais, comportamentais, sociais e familiares relacionados ao processo de adoecimento;Identificar sinais de sofrimento psíquico, ansiedade, depressão, alterações de autoestima e outras demandas relacionadas à TB e suas repercussões;Avaliar os impactos do diagnóstico e do tratamento da TB na vida pessoal, familiar, social e profissional do paciente;Identificar e abordar situações de estigma, preconceito e discriminação relacionadas à Tuberculose e às suas sequelas;Oferecer suporte psicológico durante o tratamento da TB, contribuindo para o enfrentamento do diagnóstico e das dificuldades relacionadas ao tratamento;Trabalhar estratégias para fortalecimento da autonomia, autoestima, adesão ao tratamento e autocuidado;No acompanhamento pós-TB, abordar os impactos emocionais relacionados à presença de sintomas persistentes, limitações funcionais, alterações da imagem corporal e mudanças na qualidade de vida;Auxiliar o paciente no processo de adaptação às possíveis sequelas respiratórias e às mudanças decorrentes da Doença Pulmonar Pós-Tuberculose;Realizar orientação e suporte aos familiares e/ou cuidadores, quando necessário;Identificar situações que demandem acompanhamento psicológico continuado ou encaminhamento para outros serviços da Rede de Atenção à Saúde;Realizar encaminhamentos para atendimento especializado diante de demandas que ultrapassem a atuação ambulatorial;Participar de discussões de casos e reuniões da equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a construção do plano terapêutico individualizado;Realizar registros dos atendimentos e condutas em prontuário, observando os princípios éticos e as normas institucionais;Desenvolver e participar de ações de educação em saúde, promoção da saúde mental e enfrentamento do estigma relacionado à TB;Contribuir para a elaboração, implementação e avaliação de protocolos, fluxos e projetos relacionados à atenção psicológica aos pacientes com TB e DPPT;Participar de atividades de educação permanente da equipe multiprofissional, especialmente sobre aspectos psicossociais, estigma, adesão ao tratamento e repercussões da TB e pós-TB.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Psicologia e CRP ativo;Possuir experiência prévia em atendimentos ambulatoriais a pessoas em sofrimento relacionado a situações de preconceito, discriminação e/ou estigma.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde e odontológico;Vale transporte;Clube de vantagens do colaborador;Clube da saúde para o colaborador.
