Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acolhimento e avaliação psicológica de crianças e adolescentes com transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento;Conduzir entrevistas com pacientes e familiares, considerando aspectos clínicos, comportamentais, sociais e familiares;Participar da avaliação multiprofissional e construção do Plano Terapêutico Singular (PTS);Realizar intervenções psicológicas de acordo com a formação e abordagem profissional;Acompanhar a evolução clínica, comportamental e funcional dos pacientes;Participar de reavaliações e atualizações do plano terapêutico;Elaborar relatórios, pareceres e registros técnicos, mantendo o prontuário atualizado;Participar de discussões de casos e reuniões com a equipe multidisciplinar;Promover alinhamento entre os profissionais envolvidos no cuidado do mesmo paciente;Orientar familiares quanto ao processo terapêutico e às estratégias de manejo;Quando necessário, articular orientações com escola e demais integrantes da rede de apoio, respeitando os limites éticos e profissionais;Contribuir para a definição e acompanhamento de objetivos terapêuticos;Participar de ações de educação em saúde, orientação familiar e capacitação da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Psicologia;CRP ativo e regularizado;Experiência com atendimento de crianças e adolescentes;Experiência com TEA e outros transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento;Vivência em avaliação e/ou intervenção psicológica com público neurodivergente;Conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento infantil e marcos do desenvolvimento;Experiência com orientação parental e trabalho com famílias;Vivência em equipes multidisciplinares;Conhecimento de abordagens e intervenções baseadas em evidências.Diferenciais: pós-graduação em Neuropsicologia, Psicologia do Desenvolvimento, TEA, Psicologia Infantil ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com avaliação de crianças neuroatípicas e conhecimento de protocolos de avaliação do autismo; Experiência com ABA, TCC, avaliação psicológica ou neuropsicológica.Informações adicionaisNOSSOS BENEFÍCIOSSaúde e bem estar: plano de saúde e odontológico, TotalPass, programa equilíbrio e ações de endomarketingAuxílios: vale alimentação, auxílio creche, vale transporte reduzido, seguro de vidaDesenvolvimento: incentivo à educação, treinamentos técnicos e comportamentaisClube de vantagens: oferece benefícios exclusivo com nossos parceiros
