Atuar de forma preventiva, interventiva e articuladora na promoção da aprendizagem, do bem-estar e do desenvolvimento integral dos estudantes, por meio da observação sistemática, da análise de dados pedagógicos e socioemocionais, do suporte formativo aos professores e da construção de parcerias qualificadas com as famílias, em alinhamento à proposta institucional da escola.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObservação, Monitoramento e AnáliseObservar sistematicamente a rotina escolar, situações de aprendizagem, momentos de interação e de livre brincar.Identificar padrões, perfis de aprendizagem, desafios socioemocionais e fatores de risco.Produzir registros técnicos e relatórios pedagógicos.Analisar dados provenientes de professores, avaliações, observações e sistemas institucionais.Intervenção e Acompanhamento dos EstudantesPlanejar, implementar e monitorar planos de intervenção individualizados ou em pequenos grupos.Acompanhar alunos com dificuldades de aprendizagem, adaptação ou regulação emocional.Propor estratégias de diferenciação pedagógica em parceria com os docentes.Monitorar a evolução dos estudantes e reavaliar intervenções periodicamente.Formação e Suporte aos ProfessoresSubsidiar os professores com ferramentas, estratégias e materiais pedagógicos.Oferecer orientações práticas para manejo de sala, diferenciação e acompanhamento.Contribuir para formações internas sobre aprendizagem, desenvolvimento e inclusão.Apoiar processos de reflexão pedagógica com base em evidências.Articulação Institucional e Trabalho em RedeAtuar como elo entre professores, coordenação, direção e famílias.Participar ativamente de reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos e comissões de acompanhamento.Contribuir para a construção de protocolos institucionais de apoio à aprendizagem.Apoiar processos de tomada de decisão pedagógica.Relação com FamíliasManter comunicação contínua, ética e formativa com as famílias.Realizar atendimentos individuais e reuniões de acompanhamento.Compartilhar análises, orientações e estratégias de apoio.Construir parcerias baseadas em corresponsabilidade e confiança.Orientar famílias sobre práticas de estímulo à aprendizagem em casa, conforme diretrizes institucionais.Avaliação, Documentação e SistemasProduzir relatórios técnicos, pareceres e registros institucionais.Alimentar sistemas internos com dados relevantes.Garantir organização e confidencialidade das informações.Utilizar registros para monitoramento institucional.Compromisso InstitucionalParticipar de formações, reuniões pedagógicas, conselhos e projetos institucionais.Cumprir protocolos, políticas internas e orientações da liderança.Contribuir para processos de revisão de práticas inclusivas e de apoio.Atuar em consonância com a cultura e os valores da escola.Ética, Segurança e SafeguardingCumprir rigorosamente as políticas de proteção à criança.Zelar pelo bem-estar físico, social e emocional dos alunos.Reportar situações de risco conforme protocolo.Garantir ambiente seguro nos atendimentos e acompanhamentos.Cumprir código de conduta e normas de confidencialidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil EsperadoGraduação em Pedagogia, Psicologia ou áreas afins.Pós-graduação em Psicopedagogia.Experiência em contexto escolar.Capacidade analítica e escuta qualificada.Perfil colaborativo, ético e institucional.Mentalidade de aprendizagem contínua.Habilidade para mediação de conflitos e comunicação com famílias.Experiência EsperadaExperiência prévia em atuação psicopedagógica em contexto escolar.Vivência com avaliação, acompanhamento e intervenção em dificuldades de aprendizagem.Experiência em trabalho articulado com professores, coordenação e equipes de apoio.Atuação em atendimento e orientação a famílias.Participação em processos de inclusão, diferenciação pedagógica e suporte socioemocional.Experiência na produção de relatórios técnicos e registros institucionais.
