Buscamos um profissional experiente em automação de testes para atuar na validação da estabilidade de sistemas desktop garantindo a qualidade após alterações e atualizações. Você será responsável por criar, manter e executar scripts de automação que assegurem a robustez e a confiabilidade dos sistemas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições-Planejamento e execução de testes: Criar planos de teste detalhados, incluindo estratégias, casos de teste e scripts, para garantir a adequada cobertura dos requisitos. Realizar testes funcionais, de regressão e de integração, tanto manualmente quanto por meio de testes automatizados.-Testes automatizados: Desenvolver e executar testes automatizados utilizando ferramentas e frameworks como Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG ou similares. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os desenvolvedores para garantir uma cobertura abrangente dos testes automatizados e sua integração contínua no ciclo de desenvolvimento.-Testes unitários: Colaborar com o desenvolvimento de testes unitários para garantir a qualidade do código. Identificar e relatar bugs e problemas de desempenho, trabalhando em conjunto para resolvê-los de maneira eficiente.-Análise de requisitos: Participar ativamente das fases iniciais do ciclo de desenvolvimento, revisando requisitos e especificações técnicas. Identificar possíveis problemas ou inconsistências e fornecer recomendações para melhorias.-Análise de dados: Utilizar habilidades em SQL para realizar consultas e análise de dados em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Validar a precisão dos dados manipulados e garantir a consistência das informações nos sistemas.-Colaboração em equipe: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os membros da equipe de desenvolvimento, bem como com outras partes interessadas, como gerentes de projeto, analistas de negócios e equipes de suporte. Participar de reuniões, fornecer atualizações de status e contribuir com ideias para melhorar os processos de teste e qualidade.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos:Formação superior completa em Engenharia ou Ciências da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Software ou áreas relacionadas.Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento, facilidade de concentração, trabalho colaborativo com times de desenvolvimento e produto.Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência com automação de testes.Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas e frameworks como Playwright, JUnit e Mockito.Sólido entendimento de lógica de programação.Inglês intermediário para leitura e comunicação com áreas técnicas e Business.Gestão eficiente de tempo e organização de tarefas.Experiência em automação multiplataforma (desktop).Experiência em testes de API (REST/SOAP).Familiaridade com integração contínua (CI/CD) e versionamento de código (Git).Capacidade de debugging e troubleshooting em scripts automatizados.Diferenciais:Conhecimento em linguagens Java, PL/SQL e Python.Inglês avançado.Experiência com sistemas Core Banking.Conhecimento no mercado financeiro, especialmente investimentos.Noções de testes de performance e segurança.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).Experiência com ambientes de teste em nuvem e containers (Docker).
