Nossa área de Gestão de Outsourcing estará próxima a você, realizando reuniões 1:1 para garantir o alinhamento estratégico, absorção da nossa cultura e a evolução da sua carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que você vai fazer:Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de testes para garantir a qualidade dos sistemas desenvolvidos em Java.Realizar testes funcionais, de integração e de regressão, assegurando que as soluções atendam aos requisitos técnicos e de negócio.Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento para identificar e solucionar problemas de qualidade de forma proativa.Elaborar e manter documentação técnica relacionada aos processos de teste e resultados obtidos.Participar de reuniões de planejamento e retrospectivas, contribuindo com insights sobre a qualidade do software.Monitorar e reportar métricas de qualidade, propondo melhorias contínuas nos processos de desenvolvimento e teste.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa ter:Sólidos conhecimentos em Java e experiência prática em ambientes de desenvolvimento ágil.Experiência comprovada em automação de testes e ferramentas de teste.Habilidade em análise de requisitos e elaboração de casos de teste.Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e excelente comunicação interpessoal.
