🎯 Estamos em busca de um(a) QA Engineer Senior AI.O QA Engineer será responsável por evoluir a estratégia de automação de testes das squads  incorporando IA como parte central do processo de garantia de qualidade, em uma empresa de desenvolvimento de software.Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Evoluir a estratégia de automação de testes das squads, incorporando IA como parte central do processo.Criar e manter Skills, Rules, Agents e demais artefatos de IA aplicados a QA (geração de casos de teste, análise de cobertura, detecção de regressões).Organizar documentação técnica de QA para consumo por modelos de IA (casos de teste, regras de negócio, cenários críticos).Estruturar bases de conhecimento reutilizáveis de qualidade (cenários, dados de teste, regras de validação).Pesquisar continuamente novas ferramentas e técnicas de IA aplicadas a teste e automação.Criar automações que reduzam trabalho manual de testes repetitivos e regressivos.Participar das decisões de arquitetura de testes e qualidade.Atuar como contraponto técnico na definição de padrões de qualidade.Produzir documentação clara e reutilizável de estratégias de teste.Compartilhar conhecimento com toda a equipe por meio de treinamentos, documentação e exemplos práticos.Ajudar outros membros do time a obter o máximo das ferramentas de IA aplicadas a QA.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que é imprescindível:Ensino superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Análise e desenvolvimento de sistemas ou áreas afins.Experiência com estratégia e planejamento de testes (funcional, regressão, integração).Experiência com uso prático de IA generativa (LLMs) aplicada a QA (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini ou similares) para geração e manutenção de testes.Experiência com engenharia de prompts para geração de casos de teste e dados de teste.Experiência com agentes de IA para execução e triagem de testes.Experiência com ferramentas de teste assistidas por IA (Cursor, GitHub Copilot ou similares).Experiência com automação de testes (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ou similares).Experiência com versionamento em Git e documentação técnica de QA (planos de teste, relatórios de qualidade).E será um diferencial se você tiverBackground em teste de sistemas de RH, folha de pagamento ou serviços de mensageria (eSocial).Experiência testando produtos para o setor público, com atenção a conformidade regulatória.Experiência criando ferramentas de automação de QA.Participação na definição de padrões de qualidade.Conhecimento em DevOps ou CI/CD.Experiência com sistemas on-premises e legados.Produção de conteúdo técnico sobre qualidade e automação.Certificação CTFL (citada na RP como exemplo de certificação desejável, sem confirmação de exigência).
