Serás parte de un entorno orientado a la mejora continua, la innovación y la entrega de productos de software confiables y de calidad.Objetivo del cargo:Como QA Funcional, tendrás el desafío de diseñar, planificar y ejecutar estrategias de pruebas que aseguren la calidad, funcionalidad, estabilidad y correcto desempeño de las aplicaciones.Tu trabajo será clave para detectar oportunidades de mejora de manera temprana, validar que las soluciones cumplan con los requerimientos del negocio y contribuir a la entrega de productos tecnológicos robustos, confiables y alineados con las necesidades de los usuarios.¡Se parte de Stefanini!Responsabilidades y atribucionesDefinir la estrategia, técnica y alcance de las pruebas de software.Elaborar planes y casos de prueba de acuerdo con los requerimientos funcionales.Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y registrar sus resultados.Identificar, documentar y realizar seguimiento de incidentes y defectos.Participar en procesos de certificación de software.Utilizar herramientas para documentar y gestionar el proceso de pruebas.Ejecutar pruebas de servicios mediante SOAP y Postman.Realizar validaciones y consultas en bases de datos utilizando SQL.Participar en revisiones de requerimientos, criterios de aceptación y resultados de pruebas.Coordinar con equipos de desarrollo, producto y negocio la resolución de incidencias.Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos y estándares de calidad.Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia en aseguramiento de calidad y pruebas funcionales de software.Experiencia en la definición de estrategias, planes y casos de prueba.Manejo de pruebas de servicios utilizando SOAP y Postman.Conocimientos de SQL.Experiencia con al menos uno de los siguientes motores de base de datos:SQL ServerDB2OraclePostgreSQLConocimientos avanzados de certificación ISTQB.Experiencia utilizando BrowserStack.Manejo de herramientas para la gestión y documentación de pruebas, tales como:XrayZephyrJiraConfluenceHerramientas y marco de trabajo:Integración continua con Jenkins.Herramientas para revisión y control de calidad de código.Gestión de requerimientos, incidencias y documentación mediante Jira y Confluence.Gestión y seguimiento de pruebas con Xray y/o Zephyr.Conocimientos de Scrum u otros marcos de trabajo ágiles.Informaciones adicionalesCompetencias valoradas:Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.Organización y planificación.Habilidad para documentar procesos y resultados.Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.Proactividad en la identificación y prevención de riesgos.Orientación a la calidad y a la mejora continua.Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.Experiencia en proyectos de sector financiero.La posición contempla una modalidad híbrida 3x2, con tres días de trabajo presencial y dos días de trabajo remoto por semana.Si buscas nuevos desafíos y deseas contribuir a la calidad de soluciones tecnológicas de alto impacto, te invitamos a postular a Stefanini como QA Funcional.
