O profissional será responsável por garantir a conformidade dos processos químicos da empresa, apoiar a gestão de riscos, assegurar o atendimento às exigências regulatórias e atuar como referência técnica junto às áreas internas e órgãos competentes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Responder tecnicamente pela unidade perante o CRQ e demais órgãos competentes, dentro dos limites de sua habilitação profissional.Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação, normas técnicas, licenças e requisitos aplicáveis à armazenagem de produtos químicos.Avaliar tecnicamente os produtos armazenados, incluindo FDS, classificação de perigos, características físico-químicas, incompatibilidades e requisitos de segregação.Garantir a correta definição das condições de armazenamento, segregação, identificação, rotulagem, sinalização e movimentação dos produtos.Acompanhar tecnicamente os processos de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição, orientando a operação sempre que necessário.Elaborar, revisar e validar procedimentos, instruções, critérios técnicos e documentos relacionados aos produtos químicos e à operação.Orientar e apoiar as equipes quanto aos riscos químicos, manuseio seguro, uso de FDS e procedimentos de emergência.Atuar na prevenção e no tratamento de incidentes, acidentes, vazamentos, derramamentos e demais situações de emergência envolvendo produtos químicos.Identificar riscos e não conformidades, propondo e acompanhando ações corretivas e preventivas.Apoiar e acompanhar auditorias, inspeções e fiscalizações, incluindo atendimento a clientes e órgãos reguladores.Apoiar processos de licenciamento, regularização e manutenção das autorizações necessárias à operação.Acompanhar requisitos e obrigações junto ao CRQ, órgãos ambientais, ANVISA, Polícia Federal, Polícia Civil, Corpo de Bombeiros e demais órgãos aplicáveis, conforme as características dos produtos e atividades da unidade.Manter controle sobre documentação técnica, registros e evidências de conformidade relacionados à responsabilidade técnica.Atuar de forma integrada com Operações, Qualidade, Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e Regulatório, contribuindo para uma operação segura, eficiente e em conformidade.Implementar e coordenar programas de treinamento avançado sobre segurança química, gerenciamento de riscos e conformidade regulatória para toda a equipe envolvida com os processos químicos.Manter comunicação constante com órgãos reguladores, como ANVISA, Ministério da Saúde e outros, garantindo que a empresa esteja sempre alinhada às exigências e regulamentações em constante evolução.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Química, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas.Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Química (CRQ).Conhecimento em FDS, classificação de perigos, incompatibilidade química, segregação, armazenamento de produtos químicos e requisitos legais aplicáveis.

Diferenciais:·        Experiência em armazenagem, logística, indústria, distribuição ou operações envolvendo produtos químicos.

·        Experiência anterior como Responsável Técnico.  ·        Experiência com auditorias, fiscalizações, licenciamento e relacionamento com órgãos reguladores.

Informações adicionais📍 Local: Garuva/SC 🕒 Carga horária de 20 horas mensais, distribuídas em 5 horas semanais. A atuação presencial ocorrerá 1 vez por semana, conforme alinhamento da agenda da função.
