Sobre a vaga

Buscamos uma pessoa para apoiar as atividades jurídicas relacionadas à negociação e à recuperação de crédito, contribuindo para a análise de operações, condução de tratativas e definição de alternativas adequadas para cada situação. A atuação envolverá contato com diferentes públicos, organização de informações e acompanhamento de demandas, considerando os aspectos jurídicos e negociais envolvidos.

Para atuar na posição, é importante ter capacidade analítica, comunicação clara, atenção aos detalhes e disposição para buscar soluções de forma responsável e colaborativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar e conduzir negociações relacionadas à recuperação de crédito, buscando alternativas adequadas; Realizar contatos e tratativas com associados, escritórios parceiros e demais públicos envolvidos nos processos; Analisar documentos, contratos, histórico das operações e informações relacionadas; Avaliar aspectos jurídicos envolvidos nas operações de crédito e nos processos de cobrança; Elaborar, formalizar, organizar e conferir documentos, relatórios, controles e procedimentos administrativos ou jurídicos necessários; Acompanhar acordos, prazos, pendências e encaminhamentos relacionados às negociações; Manter os sistemas e controles internos atualizados, assegurando a qualidade e a confiabilidade das informações; Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos e das estratégias de negociação e recuperação de crédito; Atuar de acordo com as normas internas, a legislação aplicável e as diretrizes da cooperativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos

Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento, preferencialmente em Direito; Comunicação clara, respeitosa e adequada a diferentes públicos; Capacidade de negociação e habilidade para conduzir conversas em situações que exigem equilíbrio e objetividade; Boa capacidade analítica para interpretar documentos, informações e diferentes cenários; Atenção focada e organização para acompanhar detalhes, registros, prazos e pendências; Resolutividade e iniciativa na busca por alternativas viáveis; Postura ética, discrição e cuidado no tratamento de informações; Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa e manter um bom relacionamento com diferentes áreas; Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos sobre aspectos jurídicos das operações e recuperação de crédito;

Experiência com negociação, cobrança, recuperação de crédito, renegociação de dívidas ou atendimento a clientes; Vivência no acompanhamento de acordos, contratos, processos de cobrança ou demandas jurídicas; Conhecimento sobre legislação, contratos, operações de crédito, garantias e procedimentos de recuperação de crédito; Experiência em ambientes jurídicos;
