Atuar diretamente na geração de crescimento das vendas da unidade, com foco na captação, conversão e fidelização de novos alunos.Realizar prospecção ativa e receptiva, identificar necessidades e objetivos dos clientes e apresentar, de forma consultiva e personalizada, os planos e serviços da academia.Proporcionar uma experiência de atendimento premium, personalizada, identificando as necessidades e objetivos de cada cliente para apresentar as melhores soluções em planos e serviços.Fortalecendo o relacionamento com potenciais e novos alunos, aumentando a conversão e contribuindo para o crescimento dos resultados comerciais da academia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTrabalhar com metas mensais de vendas e retenção;Atuar na retenção de alunos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria na experiência;Apoiar ações comerciais, campanhas promocionais e eventos internos;Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e digital com padrão elevado de qualidade e cordialidade;Recepcionar alunos e visitantes garantindo uma experiência acolhedora e profissional;Identificar necessidades do cliente e conduzir atendimento consultivo para venda de planos;Apresentar a estrutura, diferenciais e benefícios da academia de forma estratégica;Efetuar matrícula, cadastro e atualização de dados no sistema;Acompanhar leads e realizar follow-up para conversão de vendas;Zelar pela organização da recepção e padrão de atendimento premium.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; Perfil comercial focado em resultado e experiência do cliente; Excelente habilidade de persuasão;DIFERENCIALExperiência em academia de rede ou premium;Conhecer o sistema EVO.PERFIL COMPORTAMENTALPostura profissional e imagem alinhada ao padrão da academia;Excelente comunicação verbal e persuasão;Perfil comercial com foco em metas e resultados;Inteligência emocional para atendimento de público exigente;Organização e proatividade;Capacidade de criar conexão e fidelizar clientes.Informações adicionaisPoder treinar na academia aulas de musculação e coletivas;Vale Transporte;Ambiente de trabalho colaborativo;Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em crescimento, com possibilidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional.
