Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o agendamento de atendimentos nas clínicas integradas;Zelar pela disciplina, organização e manutenção dos ambientes de práticas acadêmicas;Apoiar estudantes, professores e pacientes nas atividades realizadas;Organizar e manter os equipamentos das clínicas em bom estado;Realizar o cadastramento e separação de prontuários dos pacientes das clínicas;Efetuar controle e organização do estoque, informando ao supervisor imediato as necessidades de materiais e insumos;Acompanhar as atividades práticas, zelando pelo uso adequado da estrutura dos espaços prestando suporte a docentes e discentes;Receber, entregar, levar e buscar documentos, materiais, equipamentos e outros, providenciando os registros necessários;Acionar socorro a acidentes ocorridos durante as atividades práticas ou em outras atividades de laboratório;Realizar reportes diários, semanais e mensais de relatórios;Acompanhar prestadores de serviços da área de Excelência operacional;Auxiliar na apresentação dos espaços de salas, laboratórios, clínicas e demais setores da área para possíveis candidatos, novos alunos, visitas do MEC e visitas institucionais.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Ensino médio completo, formação técnica ou superior completo será considerada um diferencial;✅ Conhecimento básico de Microsoft Office;✅ Organização e atenção aos detalhes;✅ Senso de prioridade.Informações adicionaisSalário: Compatível com o mercado.🏥 Assistência médica;🦷 Assistência odontológica opcional;🛡️ Seguro de vida;🚌 Vale-transporte;🍽️ Vale-refeição;💪 TotalPass;🎓 Duas bolsas de estudo integrais nos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação.Local de trabalho: Vila Nova Conceição - SP Modalidade: 100% presencialHorário de trabalho: 07:00 - 16:00 de 2ª a 6ª / 07:00 - 11:00 de sábado
