Vamos juntos construir a melhor comunidade de saúde que o mundo já viu! 😉Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRecepção e Atendimento ao PacienteRecepcionar pacientes e visitantes, fornecendo informações sobre procedimentos de diálise e horários de atendimento.Emitir crachás provisórios para visitantes e acompanhantes, quando necessário.Marcar e reprogramar consultas de diálise e equipe multidisciplinar no sistema Tasy, conforme a demanda e capacidade da clínica.Registrar a presença e faltas dos pacientes na Central de Regulação e Oferta de Serviço de Saúde (CROSS) mensalmente.Gestão de Autorização e CobrançaSolicitar a Autorização de Procedimento Ambulatorial Alta Complexidade (APAC) para medicamentos, preenchendo os formulários necessários.Montar a agenda e executar cobranças do Boletim de Produção Ambulatorial (BPA) dos pacientes do SUS no sistema da prefeitura.Solicitar liberações de senhas de hemodiálise aos convênios e lançar guias no Tasy.Atualização de Dados e RegistroColetar e manter registros atualizados de informações dos pacientes, como contato e plano de saúde.Registrar a pesagem dos pacientes no início e no fim da diálise no sistema.Gestão de Pagamentos e FaturamentoReceber pagamentos por serviços prestados e gerenciar registros de pagamento, fornecendo recibos e notas fiscais, quando necessário.Verificar e confirmar informações do seguro dos pacientes para faturamento.Enviar dados lançados no Tasy para faturamento via portal do convênio.Receber e encaminhar documentos autorizados para faturamento após atendimento.Operações da UnidadeGarantir a abertura e fechamento da unidade, controlando o acesso.Enviar pedidos de exames ao laboratório.Monitorar horários de entrada e saída dos pacientes e notificar o time de transportes.Estabelecer contato com hospitais, SAMU e serviços de ambulância.Atender chamadas, anotar recados, receber visitas e direcionar correspondências ao setor responsável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou Ensino Superior cursando;Vivência nas atividades.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos? 📌Plano de Saúde: para cuidar do seu bem-estar e da sua família.
