Nosso propósito é unificar processos e elevar o padrão de atendimento e entrega através de inteligência, tecnologia e foco nas pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento e Recepção: Realizar procedimentos de check-in e check-out, fornecendo informações sobre o hotel, serviços disponíveis e atrações locais.Reservas e Comunicação: Atender chamadas telefônicas, responder e-mails e gerenciar reservas nos sistemas internos.Gestão de Demandas: Registrar solicitações, dúvidas ou reclamações dos hóspedes, buscando soluções rápidas ou direcionando ao setor responsável (Governança, Manutenção, Restauração).Controle Financeiro: Processar pagamentos, emitir notas fiscais e realizar o fechamento do caixa do turno com precisão.Apoio Operacional: Manter a organização da recepção e colaborar com a equipe de governança e segurança para garantir o bem-estar dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo (diferencial: ensino superior cursando ou completo em Hotelaria, Turismo ou Áreas Correlas).Idiomas: Inglês intermediário a avançado (outros idiomas são um diferencial).Domínio de informática básica e facilidade com sistemas de gestão hoteleira (PMS).Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, empatia e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de escala (incluindo fins de semana e feriados).
