Aqui dentro, acreditamos em colaboração, em diálogo e no poder de fazer diferente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber os pacientes com empatia, cordialidade e atenção desde a chegada à clínica;Realizar o acolhimento inicial, identificando necessidades e oferecendo suporte personalizado;Orientar sobre procedimentos, horários, documentos e fluxo da clínica;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre consultas, exames, encaminhamentos e demais serviços;Realizar autorização de guias junto a operadoras de saúde (via sistemas como TISS ou plataformas específicas);Efetuar o recebimento de atendimentos particulares, incluindo emissão de recibos e controle de pagamentos;Acompanhar o paciente durante sua jornada, garantindo conforto e tranquilidade;Após a consulta, verificar como foi a experiência e oferecer suporte adicional, se necessário;Atuar como ponte entre paciente e equipe médica/administrativa, promovendo comunicação clara;Receber e organizar documentos, correspondências e resultados de exames;Auxiliar em tarefas administrativas como preenchimento de fichas, arquivamento e atualização de cadastros;Manter a recepção limpa, organizada e funcional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo (superior em áreas da saúde, humanas ou hospitalidade é um diferencial);Excelente comunicação verbal e escuta ativa;Postura acolhedora, empática e proativa;Experiência com atendimento ao público, preferencialmente em ambientes de saúde;Capacidade de lidar com situações delicadas com sensibilidade e discrição.Diferenciais:Experiência com atendimento humanizado;Conhecimento do sistema Tasy;Conhecimento básico em sistemas de gestão ambulatorial;Participação em treinamentos de hospitalidade ou experiência do cliente.Informações adicionais 🍽️ VR: R$ 44,00/dia (Caixa Benefícios)🚌 VT ( Rio Card /Jaé)🎂 Day Off no Aniversário🏥 Plano de Saúde Titular: Leve Saúde (Sem mensalidade/coparticipação)🏥 Plano de Saúde Dependente: Dependentes legais (conforme faixa etária)😁 Plano Odontológico: Sem desconto em folha💪 TotalPass🎓 Educação e Descontos: Parcerias para graduações, MBAs e cursos (Qulture Pass e diversas instituições).🧠 Programa Leve Mente🏷️ eBrasil: Clube de benefícios com economias inteligentes e vantagens especiais.🎭 SESC: Educação, saúde, cultura e lazer.
