Responsabilidades e atribuições Recepcionar e acolher clientes de forma cordial, elegante e profissional;Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e pelos canais digitais;Responder e acompanhar mensagens, WhatsApp, Instagram e leads;Organizar, acompanhar e administrar agendas;Realizar cadastro e atualização de informações no sistema;Inserir e acompanhar novos clientes no sistema;Apoiar a rotina operacional da clínica e o relacionamento com os profissionais;Acompanhar clientes e manter um relacionamento próximo e cuidadoso;Apoiar ações de relacionamento, fidelização, eventos e experiências promovidas pela Triqueto;Executar as ações definidas pela gestão, contribuindo para uma experiência diferenciada para clientes e alunos;Apoiar a organização do ambiente e o bom funcionamento da recepção;Realizar rotinas administrativas relacionadas ao atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificações É importante que você tenhaExperiência anterior em recepção, atendimento ao cliente, relacionamento ou áreas semelhantes;Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e plataformas digitais;Familiaridade com WhatsApp, Instagram e ferramentas de comunicação;Capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de informações;Disponibilidade para trabalhar no período da tarde;Disponibilidade eventual para participação em eventos aos sábados.
