Se você se identifica com os desafios propostos, quer se juntar a uma jornada repleta de aprendizados e está cheio de energia, essa vaga é para você!!!Aqui nossa cultura reflete como agimos, nossos valores definem quem somos e nossos objetivos o que alcançaremos!Não perca tempo, se inscreva e venha fazer parte desse time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por acolher e prestar suporte às famílias que utilizam o espaço, garantindo total conforto, segurança, limpeza e organização do ambiente, além de proporcionar uma experiência acolhedora para pais, mães e responsáveis com crianças;Recepcionar e orientar as famílias de forma acolhedora sobre o funcionamento do espaço, facilidades oferecidas, horários e regulamento;Realizar e controlar o empréstimo de carrinhos de bebê e pet car, além de assegurar que os itens ofertados aos clientes estejam em perfeito estado e funcionando adequadamente. Retirar de circulação os itens que apresentem mau funcionamento ou defeito e encaminhá-los para manutenção;Realizar o controle do fluxo de famílias dentro do espaço, de forma a evitar a superlotação do local, apoiar pais e responsáveis durante a utilização do fraldário/espaço família e zelar pela segurança das crianças e famílias que utilizam o espaço;Garantir a organização, limpeza e reposição de itens básicos do espaço, em parceria com a equipe de limpeza, além de auxiliar nas necessidades básicas das famílias durante a utilização do espaço;Registrar ocorrências, solicitações, sugestões e feedbacks dos usuários do espaço, mantendo atenção às necessidades das famílias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; Experiência com atendimento ao público; Desejável experiência com atendimento a famílias, recreação infantil ou ambiente educacional; Noções básicas de cuidados com crianças; Conhecimento básico de Pacote Office; Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 6x1;Desejável experiencia em shopping center, varejo.Diferenciais:Ensino superior completo em Turismo, Hotelaria, Relações Publicas e Marketing;Espanhol fluente; Disponibilidade total de horários;Experiência em eventos e campanhas de ativação;Vivencia no atendimento de clientes VIP's, Autoridades e Personalidades.
